Love coming here to get my nails done with my girlfriends! Amazing service, fantastic atmosphere, and fair prices.

I have been coming here on a regular basis for almost two years now with a close friend and it’s been a great experience for us both. As a customer service professional with over 10 years in the business, these girls go above and beyond to accommodate everyone I bring there. It’s a breath of fresh air to see the same group of staff since I’ve started coming here and you can tell they all have a lot of regulars. Friendly, fast, and always there for a good laugh.

Located in the heart of Bettendorf, Crystal Nails is my go to every time. If your looking for a new spot for nails, check this place out. Woman owned and operated too!

The service was fast but still great quality. Very comfortable and professional atmosphere. They were flexible with me changing my appointment last minute from two pedicures, to one full set and one pedicure for my bf instead, and didn’t give me a hard time about it. Great experience overall, will definitely be coming back!

T is the best nail tech!! He is new the
salon but he’s amazing! He did everything I asked for, this was my first time trying “Cat Eye” and it’s beautiful!

They cut my sisters foot twice during her pedicure!!! And then proceeded to say that her “foot was like that when she came in”. They were denying it!! They forced out the polish on her feet And then they had the audacity to charger for the service. When we said we will not pay, they wiped the polish off. Such unprofessional behavior from Julie, we will never ever come back. They kept trying to blame my sister saying “she moved her foot and that’s how it cut”. They would not even give names of the woman doing my sister’s pedicure. Oh and they charge for the plastic bags for the pedicure bath. There are better places to get your nails done, save your money and your feet!

I started going to Crystal nail because my last salon cut my fingers by filing to fast. I went to Crystal nails and had a great experience. Today I took my friend to get manicures. Once again I had a great experience with Jennifer. Very nice and very good at her job. However my friend went to Julie and left with 3 fingers cut. One badly. They are very nice and have a beautiful store but you can’t cut people. Not sure I’ll be back.
