I went to this nail salon yesterday and got a fill in. After the service that I was provided I am SURE the nail tech is not licensed nor trained to do nails. From start to finish the service was poorly provided. When I realized Kim didn’t know how to apply acrylic I asked her how long she had been doing nail and she stated 15 years she even showed me a license for proof . I being a master cosmetologist myself knew for sure she was not a nail tech . They are allowing people of the same race to work instead of people who actually specialize in the craft . I am SO DISAPPOINTED. I loved crystals but I will NEVER return again ! I hope the place gets shut down it is against the law to service people without a license. Period these nail services are NOT cheap this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Thank you so much, I’m new to this area and was in desperate need to finding a nail Salon and tech that just simply cared. I have now found an absolute amazing 20 yr experienced tech that good by the name of Miller. I will be bidding him and the site every two weeks to pamper myself but also get the excellent experience they give to each customers. Salon is beautiful, clean and not noisy. Business is ran amazing and they take time one their clients to ensure they are above satisfied. Happy customer that will be returning! Thank you Miley again for your great work!

When this place first opened they provided good, clean services. Now the attitudes of two of the nail techs (Sky and can’t remember the other’s name) are horrible! My nails are so unprofessionally done, that I just let her finish, paid and will never return. I got a pedicure and the guy made my toe bleed! Then he used the same scrubber on another lady without sterilizing it . That’s not good! I will be filing a complaint and once I find a more clean and professional spa for nail and pedicure services in the area, I will come back here and post the location.
