I have only gone to this place one time. And this salon has done me so good! I got these done June 11th and everyone single one is still here!! My nail tech who did my nails said that it was a difficult design and something they have never really done because again it was difficult and they still came out so good. There is no chipping in my nails. They’re not even bumpy or levels wrong. There is no lifting and they are not damaged. They have grown out because I got these a month ago and they are still so beautiful and I 10 out of 10 would recommend you going here!!
The first picture is around the time of when I first got them done. And the others are how they are now. I have not gotten a fill as you could see but they’re still cute!!
GO TO CRYSTAL NAIL BAR!!!!

This nail salon came recommended by more than 1 family member. Unfortunately my experience doesn’t warrant a positive review or recommendation.
First the solar nails were done so badly that each white line was totally different than the next. I was told they are never going to be the same because they are supposed to look natural. I googled them. They are perfectly symmetrical when done right. Then they tried to fix it by just painting gel over the solar. It took over 30 minutes and they still look bad. A few are lumpy, one has bubbles and the solar application was too thick to begin with. You can also see where the gel was filed too much on the side because the white solar is showing. On top of that, there was so much extra filing that my nails are still burning hours later.
On a positive note. My pedicure was decent and the vibe was pretty good. Unfortunately, the nail service wasn’t up to scratch and was expensive for what I got. I can honestly say, my nails have never looked this bad. It’s actually quite embarrassing 🥺. Having my nails done has always been my treat. I’m extremely disappointed.

I went to this nail bar after seeing some of their work out in the wild and they were so well done. I was not happy with the result. The gentlemen at the front was very nice and helpful but the nail tech would not listen to what I wanted when I pointed out specifically the length I wanted, very short, like barely a tip and they were so long even after I had her cut them down again and again. Her coworker even told her shorter but she wouldn’t listen. She also would not listen that I felt like some of them were different lengths. I finally gave up and shut up because I wanted to be done. She didn’t even have me wash my hands at any point.
You can see lines of where the acrylic tip sits on top of the natural nail and I don’t know if dip is supposed to look grainy but if so, not a fan. This was my first time doing dipped and will probably be the last.
My companion was happy but they only got a base manicure but didn’t get the clear polish requested.
I know they can do great work because I’ve seen it but it just wasn’t my luck. Nice establishment but overall disappointing.

I’m pretty disappointed in this nail place. I used to love coming here, I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I KNOW how the most basic pedicures and manicures should be, I would come here to relax and treat myself, but these last 2 times I’ve been here everything has been rushed and the services have been terrible. I brought my boyfriend to treat him for a Valentines gift last Sunday and I will not come here EVER again! The lady who did my pedicure and manicure rushed through my services, she cut AROUND my cuticle and just cut out the rough edges, then proceeded to file my heels for 8 seconds (not kidding) and then promptly slapped the scrub on my feet (I seriously thought she was in a bad mood) after she started rinsing my feet I asked her kindly if she was going to push my cuticle and she said “yes, that comes after the scrub!” Mind you, I know the steps to a pedicure because I used to love giving them years ago. After she rinsed, she went back and continued cutting the cuticle, NOT PUSHING! Whatever, she finished. (Also, I always cut and file my nails down to my liking before I go in so they can focus more on the cuticle, scrub and massage) because that’s the tiring part to do on myself. Then she asked me to go to the manicure station so she could get started on it. She kept insisting on upgrading to gel (Hell No! Not after seeing the sloppy work she was doing!) I asked for the most basic manicure with polish! Guys look at these nails!!! These are right after I left!!! My brother said it looked like a 5 year old had done my nails and kept insisting to go back and get my money back or get them fixed! This is a man telling me that! He said it was unacceptable. I dreaded going back because I’m not that kind of person and I myself work in the beauty industry! I didn’t go back because it was an inconvenience driving there after a tiring day at work, I just didn’t have the energy to deal with them. Find another nail professional that actually enjoys their job. This place is not worth it anymore. Also, at the end of the day my boyfriend started complaining that his toe hurt!! I truly think they gave him an ingrown nail because the next day it was purple! Idk what the heck these ladies are thinking. Runnn!!!! Take your business elsewhere!

I will never go to this nail salon again. I had an acrylic nail because my toe nail had a crack in it and when they cut it down half of the acrylic came off. Instead of sanding it down they took a fake nail to try to pop it off and instead they went under my real toe nail and pulled it up. Caused me pain and it to bleed and burn. And still had enough nerve to charge me for the pedicure. There response was we didn’t charge you for the acrylic. There was nothing wrong with the acrylic before they touched it!
In response to your response. You should give me my money back. Not only did you cause me pain (my toe swelled up for three days with throbbing pain), but did an awful job on the pedicure without even talking about the acrylic, but it will take several weeks if not a few months for toe nail to heal and grow out from your mistake. The right thing to do would be to give me my money back!
