I’ve had my nails done 3 times at Crush and have not been disappointed. I like that I can book online. The young man that did my nails the last 2 times works super fast, but does a great job! He is also personable and funny.

**UPDATE**
Definitely won’t be back rate this place a 2 from a 4, I scheduled with the original person who was the owner or manager for a fill we did gel x however once again was passed off to someone else who wrecked my nails I kept asking for him to fix them so many time they just kept getting more and more uneven I gave up on asking for him to fix it. I left out of there with horrendous nails and took them a week later to another salon. The inconsistency in their techs is BAD!

Think I found my new nail salon FINALLY after so many bad experiences. Didn’t give a 5 star just because I booked 2 weeks in advance online with a person I saw based on reviews only to get someone different. However Sonny killed my nails he was so patient and polite. Made sure I was always happy during each step of my nails. Definitely will be back to see him. Only concern is if I book Sonny I won’t get him when I show up for my appointment.

I came here while out of town for a quick mail appointment because my acrylic nails were lifting. Overall, my nails turned out great but my only complaint about how they turned out was they were thin and they filed down the thickness of my nail. I’m nervous that they’re so thin that they will break easily, so we shall see.

I made a same day appointment for 2:15 and it took them 20 minutes to start working on my nails after I arrived.

Once I got seated, Min worked on my nails quickly and asked me how I liked it as time went on. I appreciated that he told me that the design I originally wanted probably wouldn’t turn out well because of my short nail beds. As he started working on changing my nail shape from coffin to stiletto, he asked how I liked it and I told him the shape wasn’t quite what I liked. I showed him a picture and he changed it without a problem. He was great and professional, and I’d definitely come back again.

My nails turned out very cute, though they had limited colors for the gel polish. The original color I wanted they only had it available in acrylic powder.

The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because I had to wait for 20 minutes after my appointment time.

I just moved to Arizona a couple weeks ago and wanted to find a salon I could frequent, I made an appointment here for a fill and was inside for maybe 10 minutes. During the filing of my nails he cut into my nail bed with the dremel, which was pretty painful. I went to wash my hands to clean it off and inspect the cut, then decided that I wasn’t going to go through with the service. When I went back to the table they tried to brush it off and say it’s okay, but I’ve never had my natural nail cut into the nail bed at a salon. The risk of infection is too high and I’m uncertain of the cleanliness of their tools to continue with the fill. Now I’m left with raggedy nails to remove myself.

I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails. I’ve been here over 15 times. Crush never disappoints! I’ve never left there unhappy. Service is always very nice & offers good suggestions when I can’t make up my mind. If you don’t like how something is looking, say something & they’ll have no problem fixing it for you so you leave happy. This is the only nail salon I will go to in AZ!
