Crown Nail Salon

I go here fairly often and the gel stays really nice. I really wanted to do something nicer for the holidays so I had them add chrome ($20 additional service) they had a hard time getting it to look nice at the time of service, 1.5 hrs for normally a 45 min service. It looked rough leaving but she said just cleaning up the edges at home would help. Once home I realized the nails she went over were red, the others very clearly orange. I went in a few days later bc I didn’t have time to sit that long to fix them before then to ask about options to fix $65 nails that were very obviously wrong color and coming off a lot for 3 days later. Nothing. They wanted to charge me an additional 30 for a color change. I asked for any other options. Nothing. Really disappointed, this is the first time this has happened and they just so did not care that it was a poor service.

Went to this place after a good recommendation. Was really looking forward to face Anna O do my nails since I had looked at her Instagram account and saw she did design.
However, during the process I was not given the best customer service when I had asked for her opinion. I figured she was just not having the best day. I’m not sure if she was upset with me because I was being indecisive about what I wanted to do but I didn’t waste her time and she was even able to move up her next appointment. I figured she would take that time to really perfect my nails and design, but instead she did not do the best job on my design around the edges and left residue from my soak in on the edges of my nails. The dip only was $47 which I found to be so overpriced given the service I was provided with and the design that wasn’t even that great was an additional $15. I got a simple pedicure with not even any time to soak my feet or feel relaxed which was $38! I definitely got ripped off at this salon and would not recommend to anyone. I would rather spend that kind of money on a job well done. And even after I told her about what I wanted fixed she refused to agree and said because my nails were dry and complete that she did her job. As someone that shares their nail design and artistry on instagram, you were horrible to work with and did not to my nails justice. I will definitely not be returning here in the future.

I have been coming here since they opened and have always had a great experience. Brian does a great job and my gel manicures last forever. Anytime a nail has chipped, they fix it without issues. This is by far my favorite and best nail salon.

such cute nails! I came in to get my nails done for spring break. I’m about a week out and still so happy with how they turned out. I had Leeann as my nail tech and she was great, super sweet and very attentive. I showed her some Pinterest photos that caught my eye and she replicated them really well.
The only slight con I have is that it’s pretty expensive. I got a full gel set with shaping, longer nails, and 4 designs for $74. I never expect getting my nails done to be cheap though, so it’s not too bad and Crown nail salon is definitely worth the money. They’re also pretty transparent with you before they put any color on about how much everything is going to cost in case you want to change stuff, which is really nice.

I have been going to Crown Nails for over a year. The staff is friendly and helpful.The salon is clean and inviting. Anna N. does a great job! She helps me choose colors and does quality work. My nails look great and last several weeks. I would recommend this salon!
