Crescent is the ONLY place I go in central Oregon! The team is friendly, helpful, efficient and most importantly…..my nails look incredible. They are open later than most and take last minute appointments winning! Big thanks to my girl Annie, you’re the Best!!

I have been here visiting Bend before and loved this place. Just went back and had Kim. So rude. Messy. Threw the dip nail colors down in front of me when I first got there. I had red on to be removed and got clear applied…she left a lot of red spots. Didn’t give me a manicure…just slapped the dip on, turned her light off and gave me the amount to pay at the front. I can’t say enough negative things. Told the front when I paid and who knows if that was worth it. So disappointing.

Hannah did an amazing job! I got a manicure and pedicure on Wednesday! I’ve been going here since 2019.
Since Wednesday I’ve done a lot of yard work, moving piles of rocks without gloves and swimming and my nails still look great!
Thank you, I always enjoy my time here!

This makes me so sad to write this review as I have been very loyal to this salon for many years. I will always love the owner Dennis. He is incredibly sweet and caring. I also love the receptionist Sapphire. She is amazing at her job, always remembered my name and was just so sweet. However, ever since Crescent Nails started hiring all these random workers who always come and go, the quality of the services have significantly gone downhill. I normally have acrylics and in the past I had no issues and was very happy hence my loyalty to this salon. I used to know all of the workers but in a blink of an eye, I didn’t know literally anyone. My acrylics have broke several times and the polish chips off the next day. Since I have loved this salon so much, I kept giving them chances. But I recently found myself going back in quite frequently to have my nails fixed. About 5 or 6 times in a row now I have had to take time to come back in because my nails broke off the next day. And I am not even rough with my nails. All of the workers just seem so rushed now and a little bit careless. The last person who did my nails was named Kimberly and she was so rude to me. I have never had anyone from here treat me like that. She seemed very annoyed with me and would look at me and laugh to another worker and talk in another language making me feel judged and made fun of. I went back in the next day to have one of my broken nails fixed (again) that she did and she ended up fixing it again. The next day, the polish completely started chipping off. I’m really heartbroken because my amazing boyfriend bought me a gift certificate here for Valentine’s Day and I feel like I wasted it. I recently feel like I have been wasting my time and money here and even though I love Dennis and respect him as a person and business owner, I am sad to say that I have made the difficult decision to not come back anymore. I’m sorry guys. 🙁

I’m very conflicted with this salon- I have visited Bend many times and the last time I was here I had a wonderful shellac pedicure. She really took her time and didn’t rush through anything.
So I live here now and called for the same thing about a month ago after moving here… they said they could get me right in, so I drove to the salon.
I waited for quite a while before someone came over and then she rushed through the entire thing. I felt like I was going through a car wash. Every one around me was just rushing with their customers… which is not a good way to make them clients! I would much rather be told they can’t take me yet and be realistic, than have me come in and have that type of experience. Yes, they are getting more people in and out, but they are loosing customers over time with that practice.
All of the similar google reviews do not lie- this salon is huge and has a lot of potential, but service like this is not acceptable.
Now that I am due for another pedi, I’m just not sure if I want to chance it again…
