I got my nails done here for my wedding, it was a nice experience. I just got some simple gels done. I didn’t get the exact design I wanted, but the tech was very receptive to ideas and commentary. I did feel a tad rushed. I got the sense they may have been closing, even though I had a pre-scheduled appointment and it was the middle of the day. Over all I had a good time, my nails looked nice. I don’t get them done regularly (at all) but it was fun.

I wanted to get my nails done and was researching to find a really good place. Stop many salons have negative reviews. I was nervous because I’ve been having trouble with my nails lately. I called and was able to get an appointment that would work with my schedule within a couple of days. Treona was my nail technician. She was very friendly and made sure to ask me what exactly I wanted every step of the way. She did a really great job, and I am extremely happy with how my nails look. She did a manicure and really took care of my cuticles well. She trimmed and shaped my nails making sure to get them the shape I wanted. She painted them a beautiful pink I wanted to try and made sure the color was perfect. There is no paint on my cuticles or skin. I am thoroughly impressed with Treona and my nail job! I will be back!!! Thanks Treona!! I hope your boss knows how good you are!!

Alex is great! I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I asked. She took her time making my nails even but still completed my nails quickly. She also trimmed my cuticles and all of my nails are shaped and trimmed the same length. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and have a fun dynamic.

I had gotten my nails done a few months ago here at creative nails and was very excited to get them done seeing how good the reviews were, however i didn’t get the experience i hoped for/wanted. This was the second time i had gotten acrylics done so i wasn’t exactly sure what to expect and what not to, but after getting acrylics done frequently now, i realize how sloppy my nails were done. the young lady that did my nails asked me what i wanted and i showed her a reference picture that was extremely simple, it was just solid color with some wavy lines going diagonally. i left my phone out the entire time for her to look at just incase she needed to look at the nail design again. she messed up on one nail three times and once she finished she asked me how i liked them and i said they looked good because out of common courtesy i wasn’t going to make her start all over again even though it wasn’t what i wanted. i ended up with nails that looked like blue baseballs and the acrylic was EXTREMELY lumpy and uneven. at the end of this appointment i ended up spending $75-80 dollars which is absolutely ridiculous. After this appointment i decided i would absolutely not be going back there because it’s overpriced, i’ve been to much higher quality nail salons that cost half the price that i paid for at creative nails for extremely lazy sloppy work. i gave it two stars because the only thing that was somewhat decent was the shape. i highly recommend not wasting your money on this nail salon unless you have a more experienced worker doing your nails.

I went to get my nails done here and wasn’t happy with the first set I got. They were all different shapes and sizes and just didn’t look good. I called back and asked for a reshape and color. The lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. When I arrived, the manager and owner came to take a look, apologized, and helped me get the nails I wanted. Valeria did an AMAZING job and the professionalism and kindness of the employees here was amazing! I will definitely be coming back next time I get them done!
