I haven’t gotten my feet done in well over 6 years. My fingernails in probably a couple years. I came here because I had a wedding to attend in just a couple days. I got the most expensive package thinking that’s what I needed since it’s been so long. I walked in, they were super sweet. Sat me down right away & started on my hands & feet at the same time. Everything was going well. I expressed how I had a lot of skin on my feet & that it was quite embarrassing. They were seriously soooo kind. It was hard to relax while they were doing both my hands & feet at the same time though… I noticed they didn’t do much to get the dead skin off my feet, which was a bummer since that’s the main reason I wanted to go. They were quickly done w/ my nails, they did make my finger bleed but she was pretty caring about it. The nails came out exactly how I wanted! So that was great. Toes also came out good. My complain is, as soon as I walked out… I noticed how much dead skin was left on my feet. I mean I could’ve done better & I actually did once I got home. Mind you, this was very very pricey to me. Not even a week later & my nails started lifting up. After paying that much, I wouldn’t go back. They’re sweet but the nails don’t last & they don’t do much for dead skin.

I’ve been going to this place for 20 years and they never disappoint! Everyone is so nice. They always do the exact design I ask for. Everything is always clean. I won’t ever go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for over two years and the last couple times it has gotten worse. The nail techs I get do my dip powder way too thin, always leave my hands rough with nail polish remover residue and today the lady that did my dip powder she was filing too deep into my nail bed, she left it too thin and all nails are uneven shaped. Safe to say this was the visit that has made me not come back. And when I ask them to fix something because I’m already paying a lot, they immediately make a face and start speaking foreign and I find that offensive to me not understanding.
