Went here for the first time. The salon is super clean…which is super important to me. Leann did a wonderful job! I will definitely be back!

First off this salon is not bad in all means the 2 people that did our pedicures were great but the lady that did my full set was not… She was nice but they look horrible. She did no nail prep like she should. No pushing down the cuticles or cutting them. so they look a week grown out already. She did not make sure they were the same length before adding the acrylic. They are very lumpy not sure if the pictures do that justice. She barely filed them down after setting the acrylic. For the $166 I paid I expected a better job on my nails. On top of that at the end I was ready to pay and she handed me the terminal and clicked tip for me i’m all for tipping for service but expecting me to after this is a little much. I would go back but not to her I wish I got her name but unfortunately I didn’t.

The salon itself is well kept, and clean. The service however, POOR. I arrived a few minutes before my 10 am appointment today, I then proceeded to WAIT for 27 minutes before my pedicure was started. The older lady performing my pedicure proceeded to use her drill bit to take off my gel polish -she grinded down too much on one of my toes-I stopped her more than once before she finally used the buffing tool to remove what remained. And then used the pumice stone on my heels for less than a minute on both feet. Poor customer service, time management, and attention to detail.
Unfortunate, because they are conveniently located. But I will not be back.
Edit: because I cannot figure out how to reply directly to the owner. I am very aware of where I went TODAY and who serviced me. I never said she was elderly I said she was older in age. Please work on your customer service and time management.

I would highly recommend this nail salon! It was my first time getting a pedicure and gel done here, and I was really impressed. The staff took their time to take care my pedicure, which is something I haven’t experienced at other places that rush through it. The salon is clean, relaxing, and conveniently close to my house. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future.
