I’ve been getting my nails done here for over two years and they have never failed me. Best nail salon with consistent great work. I’ve had several of their nail techs do my nails and I am pleased every single time. Best place in the 757 hands down. I love them & I’ll never go anywhere else 🙂

I used to go here but was told to find a better fit because I asked her to fix some nails- she told me I complained before and should see someone else. (I never complained. I made them aware that while getting a pedicure, half of my toenail was cut off and bled) so I simply stopped getting pedicures. Very mean girls vibe lol like high school. I felt like they looked down on me for whatever reason although I was a loyal customer for almost a year and tipped well. But anywho. I would check out a local nail tech who can treat you with kindness and respect. Didn’t feel inclusive here.

I’ll start by saying my nails always looked great, I saw the same nail tech for the almost two years that I went to the salon. On the last visit a couple of months before I moved I had an unpleasant experience. I had to keep shifting my time because of work priorities. I understand that’s not practical, I just don’t think the reaction I received was necessary. I was told for all future appointments I had to do a $10 deposit. Money isn’t the problem, I’m good for $10. But that was only my second time being late or needing to change last minute in the 2 years I frequented the salon. Two faults on my end did not equate to all the times my nail tech was late; I was a regular. I always over tipped and also referred many of my friends and coworkers to this salon. I also didn’t appreciate the amount of gossip that occurred. Again, aesthetically, my nails always looked AMAZING. I’m very picky over who does my nails and toes; I used to drive from Hampton to VA beach for my pedicure and from VA Beach to Yorktown for my gel mani. I still frequently visit the area so I visit the salon in VA beach for my pedicures, but I didn’t care to sacrifice professionalism so I haven’t gone back to cream for my manicures. It seems Cream is still doing well so I do wish them the best.

I got my nails done here for my wedding and they were PERFECT! They have fantastic attention to detail and you can tell they really want to do excellent work. I am so pleased and so sad to not live in this area, otherwise I’d go more often.
They are appointment based, so be aware of that before just showing up. And they are strict with the no-show policy as well, just so you’re aware. But I had to cancel appointments before and just made sure to do it in advance- before 24 hours prior. I had no problems.
Would 100% recommend!

The BEST place to get your nails done. The shop is always so clean and inviting. I’ve gotten my nails/toes done by a few different techs and my experience with each one was always 10/10. Each of the ladies always take their time, ask me questions throughout the service to make sure color/cut/shape/size and design is what I like before moving forward! I’m never blindsided by price and I always leave with exactly what I ask for. My schedule is super crazy but they’ve always found a way to accommodate me and squeeze me in if need be. You couldn’t convince me to go anywhere else ❤️
