I love Cozy Nails. I have been going here to get my nails done for 5 years. The work they do is amazing. I would recommend to everyone. Clean , relaxing and great nail work !!!!

I have been getting my nails dipped at Cozy for about a year and until recently, I have always been very satisfied. Only once was I so unhappy with my nails that I actually complained while I was there and Danny (not sure if that’s his name) took over and finished the job. The dip powder was blotchy so she just kept dipping my nails which only made it worse. I had already been there for about 2 hours so Danny finished to get me out of thereke. However, my nails still looked awful and I was annoyed that there was no attempt made to try and fix them or offer a discount. I gave Cozy another chance and this time it was for a pedicure and dip. The girl (don’t know her name) placed an acetone soaked cotton ball on each nail and then wrapped them in foil. She then poured acetone into the foil, put gloves on so that my nails were soaking in it the entire time she did my pedi. By the end of the wedding that night, my hands were on fire and very itchy. The skin around all my nails was cracked and bleeding and it took over 3 weeks to get better. I went back to show them my hands 3 days later and was told I couldn’t get dip anymore because I was allergic. Again, after being a loyal customer every three weeks for a long time, there was no attempt to try and keep my business. I went and got my nails dipped today at another salon and they are beautiful. No allergy to anything and no pain or bleeding. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Cozy.

I typically don’t write reviews and I like this nail salon, so I continue to go back. Unfortunately, the last experience I had was a completely different story. I understand some people have bad days as I do myself but this time was an all time low customer experience. This person had never done my nails before and they were rude from the beginning. It’s really difficult for me to get there for health reasons. So when I can, it is a special treat for me. My nail tech acted like he had absolutely no time for me and no patience with me. Even simply helping to find the color of my choice, he seemed to be put out. Since I was one of only two customers that morning, I could not understand why his attitude was so completely rude.
Here is a direct quote taken from this salon’s online info “by owner”:
“Our priority is to make our clients feel pampered and relaxed while enjoying their experience here at our salon.”
I particularly enjoy the pampering I receive there like the hand massage but this was overlooked and not at all like the happy customer service I’m used to. Poor customer service is bad enough but my nails are too narrow, not the shape I asked for and he painfully filed my flesh with every nail he filed. Also, my nails are so thick that they look cheap, there is a deep gap between the nails and my cuticles and I can’t do even simple things like put a necklace on or take it off. They looked like they needed to be redone before I even left!
The whole experience gave me such anxiety that I keep getting anxiety every time I try to write this review. But, here it is and I don’t think I will be going back.
