This place was awful! I took my step daughter for a mother-daughter Mani Pedi day and we both had terrible experiences. I called and made an appointment two weeks ahead of time. The day of I realized we were going to be done with prior obligations early, so I called to see if we could move our appointment up by two hours. I knew it was a long shot but I figured I would try. Instead of moving us up, they told us they had double booked our time and asked that we come 30 minutes later then originally scheduled. We showed up at the newly scheduled time and still had to wait another 30 minutes. The employees working on us were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. I got a guy who was VERY rough and actually made me bleed a couple of times. For the color of my polish I choose a very light pink. After putting it on a couple of my toes I realized it was too light, so I asked to go A shade darker. He pulled a color off the car next to him and said “you go with this”. It was a bubble gum pink, nothing even close to what I wanted. I asked if he had something else close to color I originally chose and he said, “no, you go with this”. Frustrated I said fine, but I wanted the light pink on my hands. We got to my hands and again he was so rough it hurt the whole time and he again made me bleed. It comes time to do the polish and he started with the color he has used on my feet. I told him I wanted the light pink on my hands and again he said, “no, you go with this.” $135 dollars later I was pissed and far from satisfied with my experience. My step daughter was the only one who got gel polish, and only on her hands. We both did classic Mani and Pedi with no designs or anything special. $135 may not be a bad price but the service made it so not worth it!! I will never go here again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.

The employees are super kind and amazing at there work, truly love them all 👍 I always feel relaxed and confident. Plus I’m always leaving with a smile and can’t wait to come back to see them❤️ I appreciate how respectful and professional they are💯

I have been looking for a nail salon with Great service!. So far, this nail salon is my favorite they know their customers.. Oans (pronounced ones) is a very patient and lovely lady, she did a great job here.

I thought I’d already left my review, but seems I forgot since I don’t see my pics in the reviews. My daughter had a manicure and myself a pedicure back in October 2022. She brought in a Pinterest pic of what she wanted and they did such a great job! Her nails were beautiful. My deluxe gel pedicure was so nice, and the people there were so friendly and easy to be around. I would 100% recommend, and have, Cozy Nail Spa.

I strongly advise against visiting Cozy Nail Spa. My experience there in March 2023 was extremely disappointing and, ultimately, damaging to my health. I went for a normal pedicure and asked the technician to take care of my ingrown toenails, a common issue for me. However, during the treatment, the technician used a metal cuticle pusher aggressively under my cuticle, damaging the protective barrier that prevents bacteria from entering the body. This was a serious mistake, as any trained nail technician should know.

Shortly after the pedicure, I noticed something was wrong and visited urgent care, thinking I had an infection due to the ingrown toenail. To my surprise, it was much more serious. Despite two rounds of antibiotics, the infection persisted, causing my toe to swell and become red. After enduring this discomfort for five months, I sought help from a podiatrist, who explained the damage to the barrier under my cuticle and the severity of the infection.

In August 2023, I had to undergo the painful procedure of having my toenail removed to finally rid myself of the infection. This experience has been incredibly traumatic, both physically and financially. I have spent hundreds of dollars on medical bills and continue to deal with the aftermath as my toenail grows back.

This ordeal has taught me that the risks associated with pedicures far outweigh the benefits. I urge others to be cautious and informed when choosing a nail salon, as a seemingly routine treatment can have devastating consequences.
