Today, it has been exactly 7 days since I had this nail done. Three nails on my left hand, which I use less than a week ago, have already fallen off. Why should I pay $65 to get gel nails if I can’t use them even for a week? The items in the place were dirty, and the person who made it started without disinfecting his hands. He received $25 for the manicure he did before. Also, it didn’t do my nails well at all. He carried gel to the edges and it became crooked and soft. I didn’t say anything to any of these because I was ashamed. But after 4 days, my first nail fell off, which made me lose my patience. People use gel nails for 1 month. Also, this isn’t the first time I’ve had nails done. Turkey, Poland, France and the Netherlands. As someone who has had nails done in many cities, I say this is a really disgusting place and do not get your nails done here. It does it at the same price as the market. Go find yourself another place. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I found this place when I first moved to Little Rock and I have been obsessed with their work every time. They are always very kind and friendly. I can be very nit picky when it comes to my nails and they never give me grief if I ask them to tweak something I don’t like, and they always work with me when I bring in crazy inspo pics from Pinterest. PLUS my fill ins last me close to a full month, which I have never ever found in a manicure. I recommend Cozy Nails to all my friends! Pic of my latest set attached!

I went to this place for the first time about one month ago. I’ve had a little while to sit on my thoughts and I just have to say it was not a great experience. The pedicure was fine, but the skin smoothing/softening tool they used or the technique they used made the skin far worse than when I started. The acrylic set I had done was just.. not good. Pictures are attached. The white tips are too far down and weren’t properly shaped, the acrylic is thick, and has bubbles throughout. Ended up spending $135 for the pedicure and set, which is the most I’ve ever paid and the most disappointing visit I’ve had at a salon. The person who did the nails was very pleasant, at least.

They were very nice and clean inside and did an attentive job. They spend time doing it right. It was a nice experience and I like my nails and my pedicure was very relaxing. Tony is AMAZING! I will be asking for him everytime! He did my nails so perfect after a bad experience I had, I will never go anywhere else!
