Stay far away from this place. I went two weeks ago to have my nails done, I waited 45 MINUTES to get my toes done. They never told me there was a wait, they kept saying 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes…then when you are getting stuff done they constantly try to upsell you. I understand money needs to be made but common. I just tried to go again to give them another shot and they had me waiting AGAIN and never tell you how long it’s going to be. A woman sitting three chairs down from me said that she had an appointment for 4pm and they had her waiting over 20 minutes to be seen. Terrible time management. The only positive thing about them is they gave me a small water bottle while I waited. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars I would. If you have an appointment they will take you a 1/2 hour late. I got infection there bad enough for my having to go to a pediatrist. My last appointment was for a manicure and pedicure. In the middle of my manicure my manicurist said they couldn’t do my pedicure because a regular customer came in. I had an appt. I walked out . This is just a few things I just can’t write all of it.

I went there a few days ago to get gel nails done and my nails started chipping after 2-3 days after getting them done which isn’t normal. I got the nails that were broken fixed at another place and added a gel topcoat to every nail, one of the nails that was originally done at Cozy broke the day after that. Wouldn’t recommend.
