On top of that she was scrubbing my feet raw to where I started bleeding (see pictures).
Regardless of this I still left a decent tip and she made it seem like I should’ve left more and didn’t even thank me.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this nail salon.
Backstory: I came into their store back in 2014 and have been going to THEM ever since! Full set with the best service 70$ was too good! Had to give an EXTRA tip. Was taken away when I saw your amazing idea and totally a me design! Thank you again for seeing me in a 10 minute notice and stating me right away-As always, I will be back in a couple weeks for a fill and new design!-Cant Wait!
I have come 3 times to this place since it’s close to my house and did like the mani quality, so decided to give one last chance.
First time just went to remove gelish off my nails…it was rushed.
Second time for a pedi/mani. This one was ok, the final quality of the work was very good.
I came a third time for another mani/pedi.
Customer service was terrible, seems like your are an annoyance rather than a customer. Their color charts are not updated (missing colors that they do have), once again rushed, pulling or pushing your feet rudely when needed to move them, ” massages ” (if you can call them that) lasted less than 30 seconds and again in a very annoyed manner. Paraffin was left less than 30 seconds as well.
Rather than relaxing this was very disappointing. Not worth the $85 charged
Would not recommend and needless to say, will never go back.
