I live in tulsa but travel to OKC on the weekends, my boyfriend thought it would be a nice gesture to get my nails done so we went.

The prices were cheaper than the place i normally go to in tulsa so i thought it was gonna be my new place to go, but i won’t be going back.

Just a couple days after getting dip done on my nails half a nail chipped off (while i was making the bed, i don’t know how i could have been doing any task more gentle) then several days later it happened again to another nail.
i went to go get the two nails fixed and while one of the ladies was fixing my nails, the tip she had just glued on fell off while she was filing the nail, confirming that they don’t glue them on well at all. Then the very next morning after getting them fixed, another nail had fallen off in my sleep. I’ve gotten dip done on my nails for the last year or longer and have never had so many nails break in half or fall off completely in such a short time span.
i can tell another one is getting loose and about to fall off also.

The only reason i give two stars and not one is because they look nice for the very short time they all stay on.

Owner is arrogant, rude and a thief. It was one of the worst experiences. They didn’t have the color I asked after sending them photos days before and them confirming they indeed had the products I was looking for. So I settle for whatever they had since I drove out of my way and they couldn’t even do a simple shape. The final result was nothing like the photo and extremely lumpy. Not an exaggeration. They charged over $60 for beginner looking nails but I didn’t say anything because I felt the tech tried her best besides her moment of arrogance at the beginning so I left and didn’t plan on going back. Days later I check my bank and notice the amount is way higher even after my reasonable tip of 20% and the owner doesn’t apologize and instead says something along the lines of “it was an error, someone left a bigger tip than you”
Who says that? To a customer? I tip accordingly but you were rude and gave me a terrible product. They also lifted at the edges within a few days. I couldn’t wait to get them removed. Long story short, go anywhere else you’ll save money and the headache

I called next day to recheck the cost of what services were. I was overcharged and i Left 40 tip. Upscale shop, very clean. They text daily to remind you of appt. Mani pedi very nice job. We had relaxing time. The salon did not smell of polish either, nice place.

I had a great experience here! I was in the beautiful private room which was nice because it was a very busy day in the salon. Both of the technicians for my friend and I were so kind. The utensils and chairs were clean. The gentleman running the front of the store was professional and very communicative regarding our appointments. One other thing to note is that they have vegan and cruelty free polishes available but it is a small selection. I don’t know if the non-vegan options are cruelty free though. I’d definitely come back for another visit!
