My 2nd time in there, was told my nails couldn’t be painted because they were too short. I recently moved to the area and wanted to check out a new place. I have a nail tech I have been seeing for 4 years, my nails have been the same length- she never complained my nails were too short & couldn’t be painted. A professional nail tech would figure it out. Charged me $20 for a regular manicure, which was not even 15 mins long with a base clear coat and a top clear coat, one thick coat each. Tony did my feet, he was professional and did a great job. Overall service of the salon was poor. At the register the owner asked to pay in cash, I told her I had enough for pedicure and that I can get more cash from bank while waiting for my friend. She pointed to the atm- i told her last time I had a large fee from atm and my bank so I would rather not. I told her I would pay for pedicure in cash & put manicure on card because it’s a higher fee. She rang up the pedicure for card after I explained to her I had enough cash for the pedicure. My friend who got her nails done realized it was chipped and the color wasn’t what she had asked for so I took her back to gef it fixed. They charged her $25 to change the color for which she had originally asked for. They try to make money off of you every which way possible. The service they provided is a ripoff. They want people in and out the door. There are better salons out there, check out other places before you settle for this one.

2 weeks after manicure:

My finger got infected from the manicure I got there. They used dirty tools on my hands for my manicure. It’s been 2 weeks, I have been using antibiotics and warm water with salt as per my doctor’s orders. I tried calling them, they aren’t answering my calls. Infections spread to the body, if this doesn’t heal in a few more days, i’ll be taking other actions towards this salon.

The prices, the staff, and the ambiance are all great! I’ve just not been satisfied with the manicures. Recently I got a gel matte white full set and once I got outside I realized my white manicure has turned into a yellow one. It’s only slightly stained yellow in places but enough to bother me. I’ll be going somewhere else to fix it.

We also made an appointment but still didn’t get seen on time and ended up waiting around 15 minutes and were separated

Good prices, great service, great attention to detail. They accepted my walk in and they were very busy, indicative of how popular they are. Love the ambiance . Mahalo!

I went in to get my acrylics removed and then have a gel manicure done. The attention to detail on a simple manicure was amazing. I plan on getting a full set acrylic in the future because of this manicure. Most just rush it to get it done but mine was done with time and care. You also can’t even tell I had acrylics on before this manicure.

A little pricey but worth it for the satisfaction.

Lili did a great job on my pedicure. I had a horrible experience when I first got to the island but this pedicure was amazing. I will be back 🫶🏾
