The day before Easter I went in here to get my nails done, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m not quite sure the name of the lady who did my nails, I just know that she was the one taking phone calls and writing appointments down in a book that day as well as sitting at the table closest to the register. Therefore, I would assume she is one of the owners. it was the day before Easter and of course it was super super busy which I understand. But it should not take almost 3 hours for a soak off and a new set. I got there at 11:30 AM and didn’t leave until almost 2:30. The main lady who was doing my nails, invited over another lady to come put new tips on. The main lady also just kept stopping between each step to go take on a new client. I requested chrome on my thumb, pointer, and pinky finger and you can see in the picture below that was not done. I watched her take out the little jar of chrome powder and then she proceeded to put it away after she dumped a bunch of cuticle oil on my hands. I also requested a flower on my ring finger. As you can also see in this picture, the flower looks terrible. When I was paying, it cost $70 but, she said she would take $10 off just because I waited so long. At this point I was already angry at knew I wasn’t leaving a tip or coming back again. Worst $60 I’ve spent. Cheap $15 press Ons would’ve been better.

Might be my new favorite nail place. It’s a pretty clean parlor and was able to get the same day appointment.
Tia did a great job with my nails and was very calm and patient.
For nails they have a all options for fill, dip to shellac. It’s almost at the same price range like the other nail salons in the area

I’ve been coming to this salon for quite some time now, so I thought it was finally time to share my experience. Mimi is incredible — truly a gem. My sister always books her, and the results are consistently stunning. I haven’t had the pleasure of having Mimi work on my nails, but I’ve always left satisfied with the service I received. The salon delivers great results, though there can be a bit of variation depending on the technician. Overall, it’s been a positive experience through the years, deserving of a solid 4-star rating.

Called Friday to schedule an appointment for first thing when they opened on Saturday. Couldn’t decide if I had wanted to have my acrylics taken off or get a fill. Decided since my set was still in good condition, I got a fill. Kim (I believe? Not sure, sorry!) did a great job. She was really attentive, always asking me if the shape/length was what I wanted. For color, I went for a milky white. Decided last minute to have a design I had seen which was the completely opposite of what we decided to do. Told her I wanted something simple but fun. She even asked me what colors I wanted and this is what we came up with. It’s simple enough for casual days yet can still be dressed up if need be. Told her I’ll be back to see her. Thanks again!
