Pretty smooth stop again at this location. Very little wait at the pumps and the self check outs were being pushed through quickly. Clean, friendly and helpful.

Parking is like all Costco’s in Colorado, plentiful buy full. Lines move quickly. Seem to have more home improvement stuff than others but I don’t roam Costco’s that often. They’d earn five stars if they had multiple entrances or a parking structure so you didn’t need to bring water and a backpack to hike across the parking lot on a 90-degree day.

Avoided Park Meadows to Parker and even worse managed.
Understand holiday shopping can be busy, but this is beyond poorly managed & not staffed well enough for the volume.
At Park Meadows, I experienced many times it go to the opposite end of the store. Shockley the line at Parker started at the front corner of the store and wrapped around to the back & full isle, then from the back to end. People blocking lanes & cursing during the holidays. Took 30+ minutes & in the selfservice has one person supporting. Mine was locked up with technical issues & seeing a bunch of the managers hanging out with no sense of urgency or help.
Poorly managed & feel for the employees & customers, while the corporation makes money.
I will NOT renew my membership. SAD!

Steve at the checkout is so rude!
We waited in the checkout line just as everyone else did. He opened a new register and because we were waiting in front of his opening line he told us we needed to return. So when we got to his line eventually he still was rude to us slamming our groceries around and bruising my produce. You should never be taking your bad day out on me when you’re working in customer accommodation. He refused to say have a good day and screamed NEXT!! This man seems like he drinks to much smelling of alcohol and having poor heigene.

What is the deal with the new employees checking receipts at the door when you leave? As we left yesterday, of course the employee checked our receipt. No problem with this, the issue is that the new ones spend 3-4 minutes checking the receipt over and if they see a void item oh my goodness could they not follow the bouncing ball and see the void and then the other single charge? I spent yesterday going through this crazy again, and I am exhausted of it. If the Costco leadership will not put a newbie with a seasoned veteran employee checking receipts so they learn how to effectively handle this task and not hold up the customers that make this store what it is. I will have to stop spending my time here. Please stop wasting my time. Please put a veteran employee and a newbie together and avoid wasting our time. We go to Costco every week and spend about $600 so quité familiar with the process.
