Mai was wonderful. She did an amazing job on my nails. I got a French manicure with gelx polish. Best french manicure I’ve had to date. She’s so detailed and thoughtful, she even made her own combo of 2 colors to make the perfect natural pink. Thank you guys for the hospitality and nails!

The lady at the front desk on 6/6/24, I believe her name is Kim T… she was the most UNPROFESSIONALLY, RUDE, & AGGRESSIVE nail salon person! 👉🏼Per my receipt, I believe her name is Kim T. and she may also be the responsible manager. She was also rude with other patrons & worst of all she was my manicure 💅 lady 😫. Kim T. was mean controlling as if she was my teacher or mother, telling me not to look over to the person I came in with & was sitting beside me. Kim T also tried to dictate whether my phone was ringing or not! CRAZY UNBELIEVABLE !!!
Minutes later Kim T. was also so rude with other customer that having manicure pedicure and neck massage. The other customer did exclaim that she will never come back to Cosmo X333 again…and would go to Newport Beach. Besides the rude behavior Kim T gave me a basic gel French manicure that was not very good 😞. I won’t return… but if you go, I hope u DONT GET Kim T. 😣

This is my first visit to the Cosmo 333 nail bar and to “V” she did a fantastic job! I would recommend V to anyone who wants fabulous looking nails! The place is easy to get to in Irvine. They charge a fair price for wonderful nails. The atmosphere here is luxurious and everyone is super nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great set of nails.

I’m from out of town and needed to get my nails done because I kept picking at my dry cuticles and Cosmo 333 was within one mile from where I was staying. I went on 29October2923 and the place was clean and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly as well as welcoming. I asked for a pedi regular polish and mani French gel and was offered a seltzer water which was nice and refreshing. Two technicians served me at the same time, one for the mani and the other for the pedi. I left there very grateful and happy I had stopped picking at my cuticle so mission accomplished.
Just three days ago my French gel nails started peaking at the cuticles and today the polish is actually flaking off. This has happened a couple of times before in all the years that I’ve been getting the same mani and pedi but I’m not in Cali now and not able to go to the facility to have them correct it but it is quite disappointing to invest into the treatment and to tip $15 to each technician just to have my French gel mani start to peel. I’m hoping that they are able to give me a credit for the next time I visit Irvine.

my nail beds were BLEEDING AND HURTING for 3 days straight due to the violent filing. i was debating wether or not to leave a negative review because the front desk girl was really nice. but the guy who did my nail in order to save time rushed using the thickest biggest electronic nail remove tool to remove my dead skin… i walked in an hour before they close, and told them i only want 1 coat to save them time, also i mentioned i have sensitive + thin skin, instead of removing my dead skin with proper tools he used such unprofessional way to rush through the process…. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place
