I have been a member of Cosmoprof for over 15 years from Southern Ca to Northern Ca. and have never had a bad experience with them until today. This young woman had no customer service experience and was so uninformative sales person I have ever. I went in to look at some shears. I had to ask if I could look at them she didn’t offer to help nor make any suggestion. If I wasn’t in such a need I would have said forget it! I think next time I will order online. I hate to think it was the color of my skin. I don’t know what it was but I won’t be back because this Black Girl works to hard to be treated like this!!!! Maybe I will go and open my own beauty supply so ALL people will be welcome to shop!!!!

The previous review was likely written by someone who does not know what kind of store this is. Cosmoprof sells only to students and licensed professionals and thus they have the highest quality beauty supplies. The girls that work there always answer my questions but since I basically know what I am doing as a licensed stylist, I appreciate that they are not overbearing salespeople. They always have what I need and if I can’t find something, they are always happy to help.
