I had one nail break on me right before my birthday and I couldn’t go back to the original nail tech because she’s booked and busy. You have to schedule two months out to even get on her schedule. I went here to have them repair the one nail and match it as closely as possible to my other nails. They didn’t have the same rhinestones but they matched it closely to my current design. They were friendly and understood my dilemma. Great job! Now, you can’t even tell the difference between the repaired nail and the rest. Birthday shenanigans continued…

I don’t know if the person doing my pedicure was having a bad day or just ready to go but I definitely didn’t get to relax and enjoy my pedicure. They kept telling me to relax my foot but they wanted me to bend my foot in a way that it was never meant to bend unless you are a ballerina. They were actually hurting me because they kept pushing down hard on my foot. Then they over filled the foot bath and had to tear the plastic liner to let the water out which made the water collect under the liner and was pushing my feet forward. They kept pushing my legs back by shoving my legs with their forearm like it was my fault they over filled the bath and all that ensued. Wasn’t even a half way decent pedicure and it was almost $80.

Doesn’t matter who does my nails everyone is friendly and says hi to me when I come in. Kinda makes me feel special ☺️
My favorite part is that if anything goes wrong (which for me rarely happens) they’ll fix it. I never worry about spending my money here!

I was not satisfied with the man that did my pedicure. I felt super rushed, and they were not busy at all. He moisturized my feet and asked me to put them back in water. So, I had to walk around town with dry feet. I dropped something on my toe, and I asked someone to fix it, and it looks dented and like someone simply painted over it. The customer service was fine, but my actual pedicure wasn’t satisfactory at all.
