If I can give this place zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible! My daughter who gets her nails done all the time for the last three years, tried this place for the first time on Friday May 17, 2024 due to the fact that she wanted a certain nail art design and this nail place can do it. She went and got her nails done and ended up with a horrible infection. After taking her to the urgent care, having to get her on antibiotics and remove her nails, I was told that could be from either her manicurist pushing her cuticle down too low and/or the equipment was not properly sterilized. I quickly called and spoke to a manager who called me the next day after looking at these pictures, and he took no accountability. Instead, he said that they did everything right and that maybe my daughter did something wrong. You can clearly see from the pictures that this has something to do with how her nails were done. Instead of taking accountability, this manager was afraid that I was going to do something legally and gave me his insurance information. When all I asked for was a refund on her manicure because they messed up her nails and gave her an infection and she had to remove the nails immediately. The fact that the manager wanted to brush this off and make it sound like my daughter was the reason that her nails ended up like this is horrible. And the fact that all he thought about was the legal consequences of this instead of the customer is shameful. Not only is this place dirty, but the management is horrendous and, I would recommend to NEVER go there unless you want a nasty infection.

Absolutely love this place! My mom and I go once a month for the spa pedicure and it is amazing! Vi and Justin are absolutely the best. They take their time and give the most wonderful massages (sea salt, lotion, oil and hot stone). Our toes are always painted well and the color lasts for about four weeks, and even then it is more grown out than chipping. The online appointment system works flawlessly and even when I have had to call and swap times the owner has been very accommodating and kind. There’s usually chatter and laughter and the atmosphere of the salon is calm and relaxing. The massage chairs are super comfy and between that and the pedicure we have both dozed off a few times! Highly recommend!!!

Came here for the first time with my mom for spa pedicures. I had Serena and she had Justin. They were both wonderful. It’s a nice facility and the chairs are in a dim lit area with a small light over the technician area. The chairs were nice with a great massage. Will definitely be back!

I had Ashley Lee, she is absolutely amazing, friendly, so sweet, funny, gentle, heard what I wanted and made the experience very enjoyable. I enjoyed my pedicure and was pleased with being taken on time. I love the color choice. I would highly recommend Ashley to friends and family. I had a happy experience. Thank you Ashley!

I always have a good experience here. Everyone is friendly, the salon is very clean and I always leave with exactly what I want. I have been here many times, but my most recent visit was amazing
