Nice girl, nice place however almost 300$ for barely any change in my hair. Doesn’t really look like anything was done…Came out bank emptied and not anything close to what I wanted. My hair shows half dark on top then blond on bottom I like an EVEN color throughout with “highlights/lowlights” whatever you call them (all this product but nothing to show for). I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the cost and how it turned out was not worth it. Kind of was hoping I found my new go to place but after this I felt like huge waste of my money unfortunately..😢

Answering back to the reply I even showed a picture if you can’t do what I showed and asked for I prefer honesty saying that you can’t do it. Yes I have thick and long hair so I know I need a lot of product, but it normally shows!! Even after lowering the price thankfully but the lowered price is the regular price including tip what I have paid with 2 senior stylist. Unfortunately both retired. So I hope that anyone who is looking at reviews I hope that the pictures are evident enough for you to make up your mind.. cut is fine but definitely not color. To the hairstylist put yourself in my shoes if your hair looks like this you wouldn’t be happy either. But yet so much pride very rare to see someone apologize and try to correct anything without always trying to make excuses.

Got my first spray tan from Cori, for an event. Amazing experience, she was super informative, ran right on time. The color was perfect, my tan held for an entire week, like 7 days. She was available after hours to message me back about some questions I forgot to ask. The product itself was amazing, no transfer onto clothes or sheets, I even ruined the bottom half of my legs giving my baby a bath and was able to just blend it back in with moisturizer and it looked flawless. Will definitely be back for more! Thank you

Had a horrible experience. Went in for a haircut and partial highlights. All I can say is everything went south in both of my requests. The girl was so sweet and really tried to fix the horrible color. She struggled to figure out what to do to correct the issue. I told her we had to do something because I couldn’t go out like it was….it was bad. The bad thing was the owner said well there was a lack of communication on both sides. That is not quite correct. I said partial highlights and even asked if I needed them. The girl came up with a plan which sounded wonderful but clearly wasn’t. I was BLONDE with brassy streaks and had even told her ahead of time that I tend to pull brassy tones. I spent from 10:00 am to 3:10 and still left very unsatisfied. When we finished my “color”….which ended up a grayish brunette color….far from a cool blonde, the girl took the cape off. I asked about the haircut. I’m sure she was rattled but I really needed a haircut. The haircut was equally as bad as the color. I kept pointing to the area that needed to be cut and wanted to ask for the scissors at one point. When I went to the front the stylist said I don’t want to charge her because it wasn’t what she wanted and kept apologizing. I told her not to fret and not to apologize. The KICKER was the owner said we have to charge for the product which was $50. The products were used to get my hair somewhat “fixed” and even pointed to a shampoo I might want to buy. WOW!!! Needless to say, I cried several tears after I left. When I woke up I looked at myself in the mirror and was brought to tears once again. I messaged the owner. We exchanged several messages. I told her I was offended by the comment that it was a lack of communication. She said what I stated and the picture I showed them were different. I didn’t show the picture until after the fiasco because I stated that it was what I have always wanted. I said that when I came in all I asked for were partial highlights. I asked what I could do because I couldn’t handle the grayish tone and was told to wash it. My concern was if I washed it then would the brassy undertones show up….which I know they will. I also stated that I didn’t get a haircut and I guess would have to go to Supercuts to get that…..no response about them fixing that. After I washed my hair, which still looks bad, I noticed there is no blending and I guess nothing was cut at all in the back. I messaged again. I told the owner that my husband for one couldn’t believe I paid for anything. I said my earlier comment about the haircut would at least bring about an offer to fix it. Come to find out, I was nicely told we weren’t a fit for each other. See I had gone there years ago and saw a girl and was very pleased until one day she cut a chunk of my hair off. I just thought i might give it another chance again. I wish I could say I found my “place” but I didn’t. I will not mention the hairstylist because she was very sweet and very apologetic. It was the owner who I have problems with. She also apologized but I guess I expected more….a haircut or even the shampoo she suggested….neither of those were offered. She is refunding my money after my multiple emails, but I really want my hair fixed. I don’t want to be self conscious of how it looks….but I am. So for all of those reasons I would not refer this salon to anyone. Oh and if you think I am just being hateful, I hardly ever leave bad reviews. My previous hairstylist said my hair is easy to color. Considering how I feel and how this all played out….you get 1 star just because that is as low as I can give.

**Response-Apologies were given; however, they did not fix the fact my hair was not the right shade nor cut correctly. You did say you would refund me after we emailed….13 to be exact, the other ones were about setting up the appointment. Whether you want to believe it or not, I would have never left the reviews if you had offered more than apologies. It would have been nice if you would have seen if there were other ways to make my hair not look so bad. 😢

This salon and these amazing women can do it all! I recently got a spray tan for a my engagement party and it was THE BEST tan I have ever gotten. Cori makes you feel so comfortable during the entire service and you walk out of there just knowing in a few hours you will look like you just came back from a 3 weeks beach vacation lol. I will definitely be rebooking with Cori and you should too!!

I am soooo happy I found this place! Alexis was amazing. I have been looking for somewhere to go that wasn’t too crazy expensive, did a great job, and had friendly people. Cooper Salon checks all of those boxes. I highly recommend!
