I’m pretty particular about my nails and kind of picky. I’ve been here twice and both times an amazing job. Just got the blue & flower ones done and got chrome before. I think of you want a complicated design, maybe call ahead and make an appointment. Like anything else, some techs are more skilled with designs, so just something to keep in mind!

Hannah at this nail salon is an absolute gem! Her attention to detail and precision in her work are great. Not only did she create a beautiful set of nails for me, but she also ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She helped me select the perfect sky blue and added chrome. The salon itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hannah and this salon.

Came in today for the first time. Not just Tran, but Cool Springs Nail Lounge itself was high recommended-and I know why! Such a good experience. Everyone is so nice and attentive to your needs of what kind of nail/polish you want. I had a specific color that was hard to find but Tran and her team helped together and got the specialized color! Amazing Gel-x experience. My nails look so natural and amazing!

EVERYTHING about this place was amazing! The people, the ambiance and the service 100% My mail Technician’s name was “Tran”, and she was very sweet, asked me to provide a picture of what I was looking for and did my nails wayyyy better than the photo. I highly recommend this place for your nail needs! It’s gorgeous inside and very modern. I’m new here, and so happy I found this place!

I just had my first experience here! It was everything I wanted. Tony’s nail work was beautiful, and he was very kind. A few other things I liked were that they offer drinks here, the seats are very comfy, and the music was nice. I’ll definitely be coming back!
