Mackay has been doing my hair for three years now and she is amazing! I always love my cut and color! In fact, I started carrying a referral card with me because I get so many compliments and inquiries about who does my hair. They also have an absolutely adorable shop where you can buy hats, jewelry, purses, bags and other cute items! I don’t tan, so I can’t comment on the tanning booths, but if it’s anything like the rest of the shop they are great too!

Cool Rayz & the new owners are amazing! Their customer service is always exceptional. The environment is always one of comfort, charm, & quality. Not to mention how courteous every person who works there is. Mckay is one of the most attentive, polite, astute, kind people I’ve ever known. The services & quality that Cool Rayz & everyone who works there provides is magnificent, and to say anything less would be a lie.

Love this place! I come to get my hair done by Mackay Price. She is absolutely amazing at it! Always does a great job and exactly how I want it. The service is always nice. Kind of on the expensive side, but for how good Mackay is at doing my hair, it’s worth it. She always styles it at the end for you too! Would definitely recommend!

Very unimpressed with the new ownership. Drove all the way across town (15 min) to pull up to the door at 1:35 on a Sunday and the building is already locked up and closed! Nothing posted on Facebook about closing early or being closed for Father’s day. As far as I know, walk ins are still accepted up until 1:40 so it was too much to wait an extra 5 minutes before closing earlier than scheduled…. Very disappointed that the new owners would allow this kind of customer service. Kelly would’ve never closed early without communicating it to her guests!! I’ll be shopping for a new tanning salon which is very sad because I’ve gone to Cool Rayz for 10+ years!!

My experience was outstanding! This was my first time to tan there. She thoroughly explained the different packages. Welcomed questions and walked me through the salon showing me my options. She made me feel welcomed and like she was glad I was there. I noticed she not only welcomed me as a new customer but she genuinely welcomed everyone that walked through the door and said her good byes to those that were leaving.
