Not only was she amazing, time efficient but also a wonderful & relatable person to have my nails done by. She knew exactly what I wanted & how I wanted my nails done, even with this being the first time having been here.
I will only ever go back to her & the establishment.

i did not get my nails done because of the fact that the front lady didn’t even greet us when we walked in. did not look me in the eye. and was so incompetent. she looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look when i asked the prices of the services. after i asked her the price she acted like she couldn’t understand a word i was saying. she was fully white and fully speaking english yo my friend. was not helpful at all. my friend got her nails done. in the middle of doing them her nail tech the old guy LEFT her to go do a pedicure. we had somewhere to be and told them we had somewhere to be. she waited there for 10 minutes and then said something to them again about having to be somewhere and the lady said no you can wait for them to be done. she did not let that happen but for the rest of her appointment the front desk lady turned her chair around and stared at her with a dirty look across her face for speaking up about finishing her nails…. anyways do not go here if you don’t want to feel like you need to punch all of them in the face!

Never going back. I have been coming to this place for well over a year and have had fairly decent service. It’s hit or miss depending on the person you get. However, I have noticed a decline recently…my nail services are rushed and inconsistent.
The picture I have attached tells a story… I came in specifically for a pedicure and Dip. The pedicure went just fine and the Dip was done by a male. I have noticed recently the last 2 to 3 appointments once they soak off the material and drill it down my nails are literally paper thin. This last appointment was super important as I needed good strong, pretty nails for my cruise. Day 2 of my cruise, one by one through the day they slipped right off as if they were glue on nails you buy from a package. I had only been in the water 1 day at this point. Something did not go right with this procedure. He missed a step maybe? I don’t know.
I am unhappy for 2 reasons: number 1, they are drilling too deep into my nail bed and I have paper thin nails that now I have to take care of and hopefully no long-term damage has been done and number 2, now I have cruise pictures where I have missing nails. The 1 time I really needed them looking good and they fall off?

I keep my nails very short and have had some difficulty getting what I consider a good fill. Not too long or thick, uneven and too wide for my nail bed. Today I switched to Cool Nail and got Vicky, luck of the draw, and she was fabulous. Pedi was wonderful, fill was clean, thin and short. Fabulous!! I’ll make my appointment with Vicky at Cool Nails From now on. Thank you Vicky♥️♥️
