Love this place! My nails always look amazing and the people that work here are always so nice. I have never not seen them busy because they do such a good job so I would recommend making an appointment. I honestly can’t believe some of the reviews people are writing saying that they have been going here for 10+ years with no issues and then write a 1-2 star review over one bad experience instead of talking to management and getting the issue resolved. I would like to know where the good reviews are from the 10+ years they’ve been going but I guess that’s just me. Also, there’s a poor review posted 3 days before mine where a person talks about long wait times…I would just like to say, I was here at the same time as her and that lady was a total Karen and made quite a scene. She acted quite embarrassingly for her and the staff handled like total champs. They were short staffed this day and as we all know, a person can only do so much with two hands at a time. The staff were running around like crazy trying to give everyone amazing service. Always remember there’s two sides to every story and please try to choose kindness.

Anyways, this is the only place in Coeur d’Alene where I’ll get my nails done and Linda is AMAZING. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

I am going to start by stating that I have gone to this salon religiously for the past 10 years. I have never been disappointed with their services and literally rushed to their salon to have them fix my wedding pedicure the night before my wedding because the high end spa I went to did such a horrid job. I walked in tonight with about 2 hours until close. I asked for a quick gel pedicure with no extras and a fill for my acrylic nails as I broke one of my nails prior to coming in. My pedicure looks amazing as always which is why this post is a 2 star… my nails on the other hand? I have never been more devastated and embarrassed with the cost I paid for these to be so rushed through. Not only do they look as if someone brand new in school did them, but the white was globbed on when I asked for a thin French white tip. The pink is multiple tones and you can distinctly see the multiple layers. There are copious amounts of air bubbles and trapped nail dust inside those air bubbles. I don’t even want to go back because I know the policy is to have the tech who did it fix the problem. Literally had to call my husband in tears because I was so upset. I will apologize because I walked out and told the girl at the front desk that I would never be coming back without any explanation, but it was because I was trying to hold in the tears. I am not the person to leave horrible reviews and always try to post the positive but in this situation, I couldn’t let it go. I would’ve been far more understanding had the tech politely told me that because of time they only could fit me in for the fill and that I would have to come back a different day for a pedicure. I’ve been there and worked in customer service. It stinks when people walk in relatively close to close, but just be courteous and honest and the customer usually understands. Hope they figure this out for others…

This is our second time here…first time (2 years ago) they charged extra for my husband to soak a little longer in plain water. Then yesterday we thought we would try it again, and the service is extremely poor. The woman kept being persistent on an upcharge to a “spa deluxe” package (over 10 times of her saying “it’s only $10 more dollars”…and we kept saying no!)
My husband has an ingrown toenail and the lady kept laughing at him when he flinched because it hurt so bad when she was digging. After the third time of her cackling I told her to stop, nothing was funny about a persons pain. She is just unprofessional and downright rude! I cancelled my manicure I was supposed to get after my pedicure because of her attitude. We DO NOT recommend going here. (I did not catch her name, but here’s her picture.)

Clean space, nice ambiance, and do a fine job. But TERRIBLE wait time. We were told 15 min wait and at 35 min checked in about how much longer and they were unable to give me a time frame. We still waited an additional half hour before leaving, at which point they still could not give me a time for when they’d be ready. Disappointing. We also overheard the front desk gal speak with both walkins and phone calls telling clients they have a “better chance” of making an appointment at 3…..she told at least 6 people the same time. This is the third time I had been to this location and waits were always pretty long. I have no problem if they are busy and running behind, just give me a heads up.

Friendly staff. Quality of work has went downhill. Seems they are more interested in quantity than quality. Had a gel pedicure within 2 days pinky toe gel polish fell off. Also had a gel manicure at same time was rushed off to another lady within 4 days chipped off. She seemed unhappy to have to do a manicure. I took my granddaughter and even tho she did not want some of the services we were still charged for the whole thing. Apparently they do not want return customers anymore. Spent almost $200 for two gel pedicures and one gel manicure and poor quality of work. I won’t be going back there. Always looked forward to when visiting family in Idaho to support this business but no more.
