I don’t know why the other reviews had bad experiences, but I loved all of mine!
This place is so calm and chill and the workers are very kind. So far I’ve came here about 5 times and ever time l’ve had such a pleasurable experience.
Alex does an amazing job! I’ve just recently gotten my nails done by him and it is so good! Thank you cool nails!

Today I went to cool nail salon for the first time the guy at the reception was nice but the lady who made my hand nails was in hurry and she didn’t even bother her self to finish my second hand as the first one and they set a new trainee lady to make my feet she doesn’t know what to do she was so confused and she couldn’t understand what I wanted when I talked to the salon manager he was so rude and unprofessional this place is so bad.

I’ve been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and thus far they have done an impeccable job. Today, I decided to get chrome gel mani. The nail tech who did my nails did not do it properly; a first for me here. I asked her to please redo the polish because it’s was thick and gritty. I offered to pay twice since it was a complete redo. The nail tech became visibly upset and had someone replace her. This new nail tech berated me the entire time she was taking off my polish. She was rough with my hands (picture attached), so I asked to please charge me for the pedicure and let me go. She charged me $61, for the pedicure and for the poorly done gel manicure that she took off. I was in shock. When I asked that she at least please put a proper polish on my nails, the entire team joined in on raising their voices at me, suggesting I was a difficult customer, “too picky to make happy.” They bullied me into signing the sheet for my visa because when I said I will not, the nail tech shouted “Even better, I will charge you even more!” I’m a tired nursing student. I just left here crying. This was a terrible experience. After all these years, I never imagined what happened today would even be a possibility. I understand these people work hard, which is why I never tip under $10 and I was firm in insisting to double pay today. Their attitude today was anything but professional and it really hurt my feelings.
