Hi I was at Cool Nails. I just had the most awesome experience with their staff. I got a pedi and a manicure.They were so exceptional I wanted to take them home with me ha ha ! I’m on vacation here and I have a friend who told me about Cool Nails. I would recommend them to anyone! They will not disappoint you . So yeah give them a call make that appointment you won’t regret it!

We all got our manicures here and it was awesome, she was polite and friendly. She adjusted to our requests and was all over very nice.

Refuse to fix mistakes. Says you just don’t know what you want! While they have the photo right in front of them. Assuming they know which acrylics you want spend two hours on them only to do it wrong. Hands aren’t even matching. 12 hours later photo
Spent over 15 mins trying to talk me out of the color nail polish. There is about 7 or 8 coats on them when I just asked for matte black polish a clear polish. Asked them to follow the photo at least 30 times. Do I want rose gold let me show you what it looks like in the bottle. Let me start applying pink when you said clear. Let take off a 16th of a inch of the side, what do you mean that’s not acceptable. Applied so much they needed to shave the under nail too. A child could’ve done a better job. Beyond a waste of time and money. I’d go to any other nail salon before ever going here. Can’t even add acrylics without putting clear acrylic over top of them. Heavy as a penny. Guess that’s why you don’t go a salon that’s changed Their name, and only reply to a shorter review. I’d love a response on the other

Cool nails took our party of 8 as a walk in which was amazing! Sandra did my nails and was super quick, but she still did an amazing job!!!! She was so kind and fun to talk to, and everyone at the place was super kind and friendly!! My nails look exactly like the photo I showed and what I wanted! 10/10 for Sandra!

Visited the nail salon for a pedicure while visiting the area. Not only were my toenails cut too short and the polish was messy around the nail (after being redone once already), the woman cut my toe and I got an infection in two of my toes (red swollen third toe in photo). I gave the salon two stars because the owner was super nice to my group, but that’s really the only thing they have going for them.
