I made an appointment a week ago for a massage and facial and never received a confirmation. When i called i was told that they had no record of the appointment. As someone who has severe back pain I time my massages to relieve the pain as well as I have a gift certificate for the services. I know am searching for someone else to give me a massage and also am out the money of a certificate.
