this business is an absolute joke! I went get my nails done and within 2 hours they were popping off. not to meant the guy who did my nails sliced my finger open and I didn’t want any confrontation so I rubbed it off and told them it was okay. I called to ask for the situation to be resolved and they hung up in my face! I continued to call back and it went straight to voicemail. I had to use my boyfriends phone for them to actually answer. I then asked for a number of the owner and they then proceeded to hang up again. the next day I went back to the shop and they told me that it was problem and that they weren’t able to do anything about it. the whole situation rubbed me wrong and it wouldn’t have even been a problem if they weren’t straight up rude about their mistake!

If I could give a zero I would! I asked for a specific design and showed the lady the picture of my design twice and she agreed she could do it. She started my nails and I told her three times that It was not being done like I asked for. She caught and attitude and got mad at me for expressing that my nails were not how I asked.

This was my favorite spot but i will no longer go here. I went last week and the lady cut my cuticles to much causing my foot to have an infection!! I now am taking pills to kill the bacteria but if it doesn’t heal in a week I will have to have the skin removed by my foot. I truly loved this place but now my feet are being ruined and I don’t like that at all.

I’ve finally found the best nail salon in Lafayette!! The ladies here are absolutely wonderful. Affordable prices, great attention to detail, very welcoming, super comfortable pedi massage chairs, and, best of all, the manicurist massages your arms, hands, neck, & shoulders with your manicure! And it feels marvelous. I always leave feeling refreshed & pampered (and like Jell-O)! Thank you, ladies!

For me they are rude. They never have direct eye contact and speak to each other in other languages while doing nails and it’s almost offensive like as if they are speaking about me or the things I’m asking specifically things to be done ! My friend took me to go for my birthday she had only her nails done toenails to be specific and they didn’t have any dry spray for her to use again speaking angrily in another language they added there own tips and then when asked about price they refunded her $25 dollars it was a bad experience for me. They did do great on my nails and toes as for my friend they did not turn out well at all !
