Okay, so where do I begin! Went in to get a pedicure and dip powder on my finger nails, well my nail techs were really nice don’t get me wrong, but the quality of work is not worth the price. The pedicure was completely rushed and while getting that done another tech decided to start working on my fingers, fine, I’ve had that done before. But never have I ever had someone actually start putting the dip on my fingers at the pedicure station. Pedicure is done, looks blotchy, fine, then she moved me to her table, decided to start adding the layers of dip, okay I’m like okay she’ll file it down. Nope, just a little, not much. Anyways, I picked a style, she accomplished the design, I asked for coffin shape. My nails are so thick, uneven, I can’t even pick anything up. The gel that she put on top of my dip is already chipping off and it’s only been 2 days. I’ve never had this experience anywhere. I think the owner needs to pay attention to the quality of work of the employees because y’all gonna lose a lot of clients! It only took me one visit to not come back. I’m sorry! Over a 100$ down the drain. Don’t waste your money!!!!! DON’T GO!!!! Let the pictures speak for itself, no pic of my feet🙃

When I called to make my appointment I requested a French manicure and French pedicure. I was quoted $50. Needless to say when I was handed the bill for $60 I was surprised. From the moment I sat down the technician kept trying to talk me into buying tips and getting gel. I rarely get manicures and I didn’t want anything put on my nails. I told the person my daughter was getting married and just wanted a French manicure. She didn’t even acknowledge what I had said and just went to work. I never in my life got a French manicure ( or pedicure) like this. Once my nails were shaped and my cuticles were cut she started to put the white stripe across my nails, only one coat. Then one layer of top coat… that was it! No base, no pink, nothing, that for $30! The pedicure was the same process by a different person. Needless to say the manicure didn’t last 24 hours and I had to have my nails done again before the wedding. When I was done I wasn’t walked to the dryers or helped with my things. I have never had a nail experience like this. I cannot recommend this salon in good conscience. They were not friendly and the job was sub par. I guess I could say the place was clean. I took pictures but there is no place to post. Very disappointed. It was my first and last visit to Cocoon Clermont.

Highly recommended! Found my new nail salon to go. The staff is so friendly and professional. My nail tech Lily did a wonderful job and made sure my nails looked perfect. It’s a hidden gem for sure! I can’t wait to take my daughter back. The ambiance is great. Love the decorations and the lights above the chairs were my favorite.
Update: Took my daughter back and it was a bad experience. I told them to do a mani pedi for her and all they did was nail color change and done in 30 mins. When I spoke to the manager/owner, he came up with many excuses and saying that he was actually helping me out by only charging me the child rate. I was very disappointed that my daughter couldn’t have the experience that I had the first time I went.

Rave Cocoon Urban Nails Winter Garden. Beautiful dip set again this morning. I am very picky and tried around several nails salon in town. They are the best so far. Fair price and luxury salon. I have been come here last 4 months and always got the best dip. Last about 3,4 weeks. Love it there!!
