Service felt rushed and the nail person was very rough on my real nails, so rough that it hurt; to the point where one broke while he was filing…
I do a dip manicure, and it usually lasts me 3-4 weeks at my usual salon. Less than one week after getting them done at Coco, all of my nails have started to break. I have never had this issue and I have been getting my nails done consistently for 2+ years.
Dissatisfied with my experience at Coco, waste of money.
I am very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this salon since they opened. Had the WORST experience yesterday. Went in for my usual gel manicure yesterday, the lady who was doing my manicure rushed through it and did a HORRIBLE job. I asked for her to please redo it as I knew it was not done properly, she upright refused and sent me on my way. The gel is already lifting and there is so many bubbles in my nails. Very upsetting. & I even still left her a tip. There is even still black specs from my previous manicure still on my nails that you can see through the new color.
