My sister and I are so disappointed in this place. The booking was so confusing. I got tossed between people and each were trying to sell me on different things. I just wanted a simple acrylic french tip. Which I did end up getting but then when it came time to pay they charged me for a gel nails. My sister got a dip manicure and it turned out horrible! It’s lumpy and in no way uniform looking. No one was listening to what we were trying to explain. Personally I do not recommend them

I don’t usually get my nails done, so I don’t know how it’s supposed to work, but I was not thrilled with the finished product. There was a fine layer of acrylic all over the skin around my nails (the flaky looking patches in the pic) and every single cuticle was flooded. Glue and acrylic got onto the skin under my nails too. I kept asking for them to be shorter and finally gave up and just filed them down half a cm at home. The finished product from afar doesn’t look bad, but I really don’t like that so much acrylic got onto my skin, you go to a professional specifically so that doesn’t happen.

I am newer to the Rockford area and have tried a few different locations to call my salon home. The service here is warm, friendly and professional. You are greeted upon walking through the door and even though I’ve only been a few times the ladies remember me and that makes me want to keep coming back. In addition the services I have received are outstanding. So far they’ve done a wonderful job with anything I’ve asked for; I will most likely be switching a few of my other beauty services to this location.

07/11/2024 review: CoCo nails continues to be my go to for all my nail needs. Always friendly, professional and 🫧 clean. They are trained in all the latest trends. You will not be disappointed! Appointments preferred but walk ins taken.
