I came in for the first time getting the gel manicure in 3 years. I went to a location in southern Vermont before. I was really excited for this experience! When my friend and I arrived (we booked separate appointments) we were greated by the owner, and immediately whisked to separate stations. There was no communication, just pulling and moving my hands as he pleased, and was upset when I didn’t understand the process, even though I explained I hadn’t had this experience in 3 years… He filed into my finger on my right ring finger, all of my nails were uneven, and I felt so uncomfortable asking for a fix… Unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable coming here again. It’s very cute and in a good location! Just don’t expect top quality when coming here…
