I work at ups so I’m on my feet all day everyday walking a lot, haven’t had my feet done in 3 years outside of working I’m mothering my kids so I keep busy ..I reeeeeally needed a pedicure and this place took me in as a walk in and they were Fantastic! I was so relaxed 😌 the music was soothing and the massage chair felt like heaven on earth. If you’re debating this place, give it a try ! My pedicure total was $48 before the tip I gave

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for my daughters birthday and asked the price over the phone multiple times. The guy on the phone kept asking if I wanted to add gel but I informed him they were children and that would not be necessary. I was quoted $46 for a 2 kids manicures and one pedicure. When I arrived the technician repeatedly tried to persuade the kids to get gel and when I asked to pay upfront so there was no confusion I was quoted a completely different price. The man I spoke to came up to me and told me they couldn’t honor the price after seeing the children. Two of them began yelling at me while I was telling that it is my daughter’s birthday and I did not want to argue in front of her and her friend. I asked for the price and it was double. I was basically asked to leave the salon after attempting to just get the services since it was my child’s birthday. This was completely unacceptable and damaged the entire celebration. This place has the worse customer service I have ever encountered and they are incredibly hostile.

Was referred here the last time I visited Dover and came straight here after getting off the road from North Carolina. I came in with high hopes because the work I saw on Instagram and from two of their clients. Upon arriving there was an older gentleman who was the only one there and I was the very first customer. He greeted me and I showed him a picture of the set I wanted (which was on their Instagram page) he said he couldn’t do the design, so someone else will do my nails. I told him I didn’t want a design, just the nail shape and color. He started on my toes first which took about an hour and half to add tips and paint. (Mind you we told him we had to be somewhere) he moved very slowly. Most places will have someone start your hands while they’re on your toes, to get you in and out. But instead the other techs just asap around doing nothing. Then when he started on my nails he continued moving very slowly and wasn’t shaping them correctly. By this time all of the other techs have customers, so I couldn’t ask or wait for anyone else. Then when he was putting the powder on, it was drying extremely quickly. I suggested a different powder that I’m familiar with, he didn’t want to do that. You could see clear lines in my nails where he applied it. When I pointed it out to him, and also pointed out that the powder said “dip powder” (he was applying it like acrylic) I asked if that was why it was drying quickly and looking like that, he said “No, you can wait for another tech, I can’t do anything else for you, I’ll take off and you can get dip” I told him I didn’t want dip, I was just saying that he was using a dip powder as acrylic and that that was probably why it wasn’t coming out right. He begins removal… I then asked who the tech was who did the pictures I showed him and he pointed out two ladies one older and one younger. The younger one was busy, the older lady looked about finished, so I asked how long until she was done, he asked her and she said about 15 min, so I agreed to wait. They start to talk back and forth and then he says “it’s gonna be a while, you will have to wait a while.” I’m pretty sure they were just trying to get me to leave, so I just paid for my toes and left. This was a by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. They didn’t even care to ensure I was happy. Don’t come here if you wanted to be treated kindly and get decent customer service. Not to mention the polish job is horrible on my toes, even after I expressed my concerns about the polish on my cuticles.

I had the best experience today at Coco Nail Spa. After a terrible experience at another local salon I made an appt for a fill at Coco. They fixed my two broken nails & filled my acrylic. The customer service was awesome & my nails are PERFECT & exactly what i wanted. Their prices are great too. 10 outta 10 all around.
