Love these nails!!!!
Lily did an incredible gel builder fill manicure. The color is number 27 and shape is almond. My previous set lasted for 3 weeks. Lily did a cuticle treatment with hot stones and paraffine wax, which my dry summer skin needed! Thank you thank you Lily- when ever I come back to the bay I’ll be sure to stop in.

Coco Nails is a great local spot to get builder gel manicures and relaxing pedicures. Lily is welcoming, friendly and meticulous – she makes sure your nails are always detailed perfectly. Kim is so kind and funny and does a 5-star job every time. And it’s a clean and quiet environment to refresh your nails. Thank you! 💅

I recently visited Coco Nail Salon and had a mixed experience. The ladies were fun to be around, but the service was a letdown. Lily did my nails, and while she’s a good salesperson, she didn’t take feedback well. She rushed through the service, using a drill on high speed(which hurt a lot) and refusing to use a smaller brush to get the sides. As someone who values attention to detail, I was disappointed.

The UV light exposure was excessive, over 20 minutes of constant placing of either hand under lamp, and she yelled when I pulled back, also Lily didn’t provide gloves. When I complained about the discomfort, she laughed.

Kim, on the other hand, did a great job on my toes, working carefully and paying attention to details.

Lily also, on multiple occasions when asked a question or when I said, ‘ouch’ would yell, ‘you don’t tell me how to do my job’ she also did not take well to me asking for gel extensions. What she offered was builder gel with tips, but continued to put me down for asking for something she believe is of ‘poor quality’

But the biggest letdown was the poor quality of the nail work. Under the nail was completely ignored, with no attention given to cleaning or shaping. The top of the nail was not smooth, with noticeable dents that were accentuated by the chrome finish. I had specifically asked for peach or pink chrome, but Lily forced me to get white chrome, which looked silver and was exactly what I wanted to avoid. I even mentioned that my dress was pink and gold and asked for a champagne color, but she ignored my requests and said that there is only one chrome color to exist..my nails are now platinum white, exact opposite of what was requested.

For $80, I expected better. Lily didn’t even clip my nails after the service or the sides, leaving them hanging, messy and unclipped. There was no cuticle work done, not even pushing them back. To top it off, Lily demanded a tip and only accepted cash, charging a 3% fee for card payments.

Overall, I’m disappointed and won’t return. I want to warn others about the potential risks of rushed services, excessive UV light exposure, poor attention to detail, and disregard for customer requests.

I love Co Co! I have been here many times… Solo and with my son and bonus daughter. We have all got our nails done. 🙂 Their pedicures and chairs are very relaxing too. They are very accommodating and offer excellent service.

I love coming here to get my nails done. Lilly is so meticulous and really takes her time with my nails. The environment is very relaxing-from the music, to massage chairs, and complimentary drink. It has been a pleasure so far getting to know Lilly and the girls that work here!
