I have been going to CND nails exclusively for a few years now. My first trip was after a very negative and sad experience (left mid manicure) at another salon and I walked into CND virtually in tears where two lovely ladies came up front, ushered me back and picked a color for me. They were kind and efficient and comforting and I have never been displeased with the service or kindness since. My son often goes with me and not once has anyone even remotely questioned nor judged him or me for picking art or color for him. His nail toenail art is always so cute too! I have never had a bad manicure whether gel, dip or otherwise. The hot stone massage in the pedicure is amazing. An even a better part of all, I have never had nail damage from removal process. I absolutely love everyone at CND and will be a lifelong customer.

I had my nails done with dip powder for a wedding. The dip looked horrible. The color did not even reach the cuticle and the nails were all scuffed up. I called the manager and asked for a refund and he told me he could redo them or give me a gift card. I explained that I didn’t want a gift card to somewhere that didn’t do nails well. He said that was all he could do because he couldn’t control the dip powder. I told him it wasn’t the powder and that he was in a rush because they were overbooked and understaffed. Horrible experience. I will not go back.

Glamour Nails at Holiday Manor is so much better. I thought I’d try this place bc it’s a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
I’ve been here three times in the past month, today was my third (and last) visit. I made an appt with Savang two weeks ago for this afternoon at 1pm for a mani/pedi. When I arrived Savang was busy and Lydia did my pedicure against my wishes. I asked to wait for Savang bc I had an appt with her and I was told that wasn’t possible. I had the worst pedi of my life with Lydia- she cut my toenails completely crooked and when I asked her to fix them she was super rude. Then Savang was rude doing my nails. Crazy bc the first time I went to Savang a month ago she kept thanking me for being so nice. This place is so inconsistent and it was a total bait and switch.

Went here with my sister and mother. Was worried because of the previous reviews and have some thoughts. I think they took the bad reviews in stride because most of them were about being rushed, and now they really do not take walk in’s. Our experience was lovely. My nail tech (Lucy) removed the gel from my nails in such a gentle way. She then gave me such a detailed and wonderful gel mani. My sister was confused on the color she wanted and her nail tech took the add on nail tips and did example dip so she could choose a color better. I think you definitely need a reservation but I am very very happy with all of their work! And them taking Venmo as a tip

First time at this salon. Nice job on my pedi. Tech was very sweet and accommodating. Don’t know if it’s their habit, but they closed early right after me, so you might want to call if you’re going later in the day.
