The only reason why i’m giving a 2 star, is because the first time I came here, was for a manicure and a pedicure, the service was great, and I loved my nails so much that I came for a 2nd time (bad idea). Today I decided to bring my sister along with me, to do a pedicure, and I was so embarrassed bringing my sister in this place! The place is filthy!! I went to the restroom and it looks like no one has cleaned up the sink, there’s mold all around it!!!! Even at the chairs that I was sitting at to wait for a technician, the equipment looked super old and has rust.

The lady that did my pedicure, did not ask me what shape I wanted my nails, did not provide me with a nail color palate to choose from, and did not even ask me if I wanted acrylic on one of my toes (all though my big toe was chipped on the side, I was just going to request to have if clipped and filed down, not to add acrylic!!!! When she asked my what color I wanted l, before I could even answer, is insisting on white!!! That is so racist to think because I am a black Woman, that I would want white. I told her light pink, and she did not even give me a palate to choose from the colors, instead she just came out with a pink, she THOUGHT I wanted, I asked her if there’s a lighter pink, and she just kept on insisting on this pink that she chose!!!!

As you can see in the picture, my big toe on the right (where she added the non-requested acrylic) is longer than my big toe on the left. I asked her to cut my toe nail on the right to at least match the length on the left, and she just filed it down a little, didn’t even cut it like i requested!

She did not even put on the massage chair for me, nor gave my feet a good scrubs!!!!!!!!

I will not be coming back.

Absolutely filthy. Staff are friendly enough but they need to do a serious deep cleaning of the entire locale. I was waiting for a pedicure and look to my side and found what looked like rat droppings but they told me it was dirt that fell from a plant/tree that was nearby 🙄

We travel from Keywest Florida every few months to Miami just to go to Club Nails for our mani/ pedicures. The ladies at Club Nails are so nice and friendly and they always treat us great, we just love them. Great

Good experience. Very nice and efficient. I gave it 4 stars because I had to clean up some of the acrylic overlay when I got home—it was even on my fingerprint area and from my cuticle a little down toward my knuckles. Other than that I’m very please and I didn’t have to wait too long. She was sure to follow how I wanted my nails and I appreciate that. It was only $21 too—a lot of other places we’re saying $35 & $45 when I called.

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff does not greet you, they are rude and force a tip on you . One of the ladies told me dont come back to her cause I didnt tip her last time . She handled my feet roughly and cut me in two places . This place definitely wont see another dime from me at all !!!! EVVERRRR
