I feel like I had to leave this review , went here for the first time today and it was a really great experience. Jun did my nails so quickly and they looked great! Him and Lauren made me feel so welcome. I was laughing and smiling and just really enjoying my time there. I’ll definitely be going back!

Very happy with how my nails came out. They were done quickly while still ensuring quality. They’re not bumpy and look even better than the example photo that I provided. I did not get the name of the man who did my nails unfortunately! Price was very reasonable, $50

This was my first time getting my nails done since moving to this area about a year ago. I decided to give Cloud nails & spa a chance because everyone swears this is the best place in canyon. I wish I would have asked for the name of the technician that did my nails because she did a fantastic job. These are the best nails I have ever gotten when I’ve used a Pinterest picture for reference. The environment felt very on edge, like the best way I can describe it is it didn’t feel very relaxing but aside from that I’m very happy with my nails. I paid $97 for my nails and a basic pedicure. That would make the cost of my nails $51 since the pedicure was $46, I was kinda surprised that a basic pedicure cost almost as much as a full set with 2 colors of dip and 3 nails with design on each hand.

I’ve been regularly going to Cloud for over a year now. Every tech is amazing. My dip nails are fantastic and the pedicures are always worth the price. The owners are wonderful, as well. I cannot recommend Cloud enough. I suggest making an appointment, but they do accept walk-ins.

EDIT: I followed up with the manager’s response regarding my experience and they told me they weren’t informed of my situation and they’d call me back, left my name and number with them.. this was on Thursday March 28th..still have yet to receive a call back but i already took them off because of how poor the quality was. Was able to peel them up pretty easily. I’m not even bothering with contacting them at this point but just letting their possible future customers know they might have to deal with if they have a problem themselves.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: If I could leave negative stars I would. I’m not even sure where to start with this experience. When my friend and I walked in everything started out fine. When my tech came up to me she already felt like she had an attitude. If you didn’t answer their questions the first time they would get snappy but didn’t give you very much time to answer. Multiple steps of my service was missed, including priming my nail bed, and a lot of filing. The tech left a total of four times during my appointment for what appears to be just to get on her cellphone, when I asked her to add something to the design she rolled her eyes at me, and started shoving my hands around pretty forcefully. She didn’t even stay to finish my service she walked back off with her phone to the back, resulting in me not getting my nail oil. Will most definitely not be returning here.
