This was my first visit to Cloud 9 and definitely not my last! I had the BEST experience. Their hospitality was amazing and my manicure and pedicure was top notch. This is an absolutely fantastic and clean nail salon! The people are so respectful, friendly and so welcoming. I’m leaving this review after my second visit and I’m thrilled to go back for my next pedicure. The online booking is great too. For nail art, it’s amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Lan & Nikki are the best!! Can’t get a better pedicure anywhere else, never rushed and really take their time. The best massages around, had me falling asleep. A huge plus they will pay for your meter parking! Love them 🫶🏽

I went in this salon to make the acrylic nails, but they were falling out very fast and didn’t look natural so they suggested me to switch to the dip powder but it didn’t work out either and they fell fast. I decided to stop the acrylic and the dip because the nails fall off in less than 2 weeks. I went to the salon to do normal gel nails for my trip, I decided to do gel because I wanted them to last longer and the NEXT DAY the gel was coming out (from my nail and my friend’s nail) I sent messages and she only asked me to return the next day to fix it but I can’t go because of my trip, now my nails are like that and I will need to spend my time on my trip to go to the salon to do my nails and I will have to spend more money.
Another thing is the cuticle, all the times I did the nail there I didn’t like the cuticle, they didn’t remove the cuticle from all the nails and they cut the cuticle into various pieces and when they grow they get very ugly full of pieces.
I feel like I wasted my money and wanted my money back from my gel nail.
