Worst experience there. Rushed through my nail set. After rushing through the pedicure, found there was still wet gel polish seeping out from under the top coat. Nail length not right. Did not even ask what pedicure scent I wanted. Rubbed the lotion on top of the exfoliating scrub. Didn’t wrap my legs with the hot towel. Just laid it on top. It was not good over all. I’ve been there multiple times. The last time I went wasn’t this bad but was not good either.

Disappointed. I’ve been coming here easily three years and in the past year and a half, I had used a particular tech. She was great until these past two times I’ve had my nails done. Rushed and talked down to. I had an appointment and she didn’t not do a great job, it was evident in my nail just falling off four days after getting them done. When I went to get fix, they got me in and did it for free (which I didn’t anticipate but I am grateful for since I had just paid a few days prior for a fill). When I was sitting in there chair she made a snarky comment about having customers and didn’t have time for me like I’m not a paying customer? And I also told the girl on the phone I was fine with whoever was available and before 11 am… honestly, If you did it correctly the first time around, I wouldn’t have been there in the first place.

I’ve spent hundreds, probably well over a thousand dollars at this place, I’ve recommended people to go here as well. I still tipped her for fixing it and despite the unnecessary comment. So disappointed and here I am two days after getting the one fixed and another just fell off as well. She tried to put the acrylic on the underneath of my nail so she could quickly do them and I should’ve called that out, but I had trusted her. Not anymore. I’ll have to find somewhere else that values me as a customer, clearly it’s not here anymore.

Always does the best nails for me and never go anywhere else. Cindy has so much talent and has never done anything but beautiful nails! all staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.

Sam is absolutely awesome! I gave him a inspiration pic of what I wanted he exceeded my expectations. ive been coming here for 2+ years now and have never been disappointed! would definitely recommend coming to cleveland nail spa.

I have had a horrible experience at Cleveland Nail Spa. I hurts me to even give them a 1 star rating because they don’t even deserve one. I had an appointment to get my eyelashes serviced. When I first got to the back she told me that “I needed to get my eyebrows done” when that is not what I came to get done. She pressured me into getting them done by saying that they “didn’t look good”. She then proceeded to complete my eyelashes. She then told me that “the way she does lashes, she doesn’t put them on the actual lashes”….. When she was placing the lashes, my bottom lashes kept getting stuck and she kept having to pull my eyes apart. The glue was also burning my eyes the entire time. Not once did she ask me if I was okay or comfortable. When I was leaving to come back home, I also noticed that on the glass door out front, they have false advertised that they do individual lashes. My lashes were clusters and NOT individuals. Not even a full 12 hrs after I left my lashes started to come off. All of my lashes came off with just a light touch. I then noticed that she placed the lashes on my eyelids and not my actual lashes. I have damage to my top lashes and my bottom lashes due to the incorrect use of the glue and the way that she was administering it to my eyes. I then went back the next day 7/1/23 to request a refund. This is when I also found out that this was the manager that completed my eyelashes. When I tried to kindly explain to her that she did not do a good job, she refused to listen to me and kept cutting me off repeatedly. I then tried to show her pictures of what they looked like when they were coming off, and she pushed my hand away. I then took it upon myself to leave. I would not request Cleveland Nail Spa to do ANY services. The manager is extremely unkind and rude. I’m sorry to even have walked into their so called spa.
