Clean slate is a beautiful place with an amazing, relaxing atmosphere. The staff there are friendly and very helpful.
I have gone to Marilyn, the owner and she always does an amazing job!! She makes you feel like you are important and cared for as a client.
I have gone to Georgetown location and just visited the new salon in Liberty Hill. It is in a quaint home and just beautiful.
Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!!

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Clean Slate Waxing Lounge in Georgetown. A week ago, I made an appointment online and paid a $30 deposit for a manicure and pedicure. Despite my genuine desire to attend, it became evident that I wouldn’t be able to cross town in time for the appointment. When I requested to reschedule, I was promptly informed of an additional $60 charge. The lack of flexibility and the insistence on charging extra left me astonished. I expressed my disbelief at the steep fee for a simple rescheduling and questioned their customer service approach. It seemed absurd that they prioritized immediate payment over potential future business from rescheduling.

When I received a voicemail from the manager, I hoped for a more reasonable resolution. However, during our conversation, the manager’s unprofessional and unsettling behavior emerged as she abruptly claimed they didn’t need my money, contradicting the earlier justification for the rescheduling charge. This inconsistency only added to my bewilderment. I made it clear that if immediate payment was their priority, they could proceed with charging me $80. Nevertheless, I refuse to support or recommend a business that values profit over customer satisfaction. It is evident that this salon prioritizes monetary gain over providing a positive and accommodating experience. I strongly advise seeking services elsewhere.

I found the entire situation to be absurd. The manager’s emotional outburst and childish remarks were not only unprofessional but also unsettling. Maintaining professionalism should always be a top priority in every business. Employees who are unable to keep their composure or lack control over their emotions should consider seeking employment elsewhere.

I came to this spa as a treat to myself for my birthday. I actually work in a spa in my hometown and can say without a doubt, this spa is wonderful. The aesthetic is relaxing and ‘clean’, the staff was professional and friendly and they had an array of products from local companies that I’m looking forward to trying (they included a little gift bag with goodies in it). I did originally book a massage, wax and lash lift, however my massage was canceled the day of my appointment due to the LMT being unavailable which was a bit upsetting because I was really looking forward to that part especially lol but I also completely understood. I cannot for the life of me remember who did my wax and lash lift but she was absolutely amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and quick and she made me feel so comfortable through each service. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I would definitely make this my new go to for spa services!

Amazing!!!! Had a natural manicure and pedicure here and it was outstanding. Not only is the space extremely clean and safe (not to mention brand new and beautiful) the staff if amazing. Rosie performed my manicure and pedicure and did such a great job – she is so very kind and sweet – checking with you on your comfort, if you like the look, color, shape, final result etc. She is exceptional at customer service and nail work! I am very happy with my manicure and pedicure. Glad to have found such a great place for manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials and massage in Georgetown. Highly recommend! I will be back… A LOT for all the services! 🙂

I hadn’t had a massage in years and I’m so happy that I decided to treat myself! Shana was fantastic! The facility was very nice. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ll be back for more!
