My experience with Claudia was very negative from start to finish of the service. I went in for lash extensions (first time) , booked for individual lashes and verbally told her I wanted a very natural look. She used big lash clusters and a lot of glue for the job. Mind you, I did not request clusters and she assured me I was getting individual lashes. Long story short, when I sat up to review my lashes my eyes were burning and they were too long and had too much volume. I asked her to fix it , she told me she would have to have me rebooked and charged again because the work was already done. She did not care , did not listen, was very unprofessional. Four days later the glue was still hurting my eyes, went to another professional to remove them. Called Claudia for a refund and she was completely dismissive , said she would refund my money ($180) and has yet to do so. I would not recommend. Horrible experience for first time lashes. There was glue gunk on my eyelashes even after the removal.

Run .. don’t walk! She gives five star service and listens to any concerns you may have! She also educates you on so many topics relating to your nails. I haven’t received this type of service in a long time, and every girl/woman should feel like I did today. I needed this and you need this! Book her now!!! Thank you Claudia.
