Customer Reviews:
I am here visiting, and was hesitant to get my nails done anywhere. I am so happy that I found her other than the perfection of the shaping, the acrylic base color alone was beautiful that I requested no color just a clear coat. She is such a great spirit, sitting with her was super fun.
Thank you Claudia for a wonderful experience at your nail spa.
I discovered on my last visit that I was being overcharged about $200 pesos each time I got acrylic and gel. Instead of the actual price of $400 pesos, they charged me $600 pesos. Designs are additional charge on top of that. The amount itself isn’t a big deal, but it is the principle that they were knowingly doing this each time. I’d even tip them nicely thinking I was being treated as a valued customer. It’s even more infuriating to now read several reviews and discover many other foreigners have had the same experience. It seems they have been doing this to tourists for many years already. For Claudia to knowingly do this shows what type of ethics this business has.
I will not recommend this place to my friends who live in Guadalajara. I was willing to look past the cluttered and dirty setting, especially since I was able to get my nails done as a walk-in customer, but they’ve lost my business and any future referrals from me.
