Pedicure turned into a skin infection due to the technician improperly cutting the skin.

My pedicure experience was awful and I don’t recommend Classy Nails to anyone. I went in for a simple pedicure and the nail technician was careless and cut the skin beside my nail. My toe hurt all afternoon and the next morning I woke up with the toe swollen, red, and draining pus from the side of my nail. I returned to the nail salon to address the issue and the manager stated that this happens to a lot of their customers and that my skin is “just sensitive”. If this happens to a lot of their customers, maybe the customer is not the problem in these cases but rather their technicians. She told me that they could not provide a refund for the service. She stated that if I went to the doctor, I could submit a medical bill to them and they would send it to their insurance company but even then they would not refund the service. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and providing proper care, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal.
Unfortunately, the cut is infected, causing me severe pain and I have a family trip next week.

I have attached a photo to show where they clearly cut my skin with the nail clippers. It’s clear to me that hygiene and safety are not priorities at this salon. No apology, no refund. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. Your health and safety are not worth the risk. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this salon.

For starters, this place is filthy ! The dust and dirty floors around the pedicure chairs is awful. The manicure tables and plastic shields are stained, dusty and look like they have never been wiped down . Their employee turnover is the worst. They have gotten rid off all of their best employees who actually take time to do a great job. Their pedicures from sit down till end are about 25 minutes! It’s super quick and many times sloppy. The staff friendliness is a hit or miss.

I think I’ve found my forever home, thanks to Jana! I showed her a pic, and she understood the assignment!! I haven’t loved my nails in a while. THANK YOU JANA!!

Sandra and Fin did such a great job. Paid attention to detail. Their work is excellent. I came as a walk-in got a Pedi by fin, he made sure every detail was perfect, loved it. I’m very picky with my nails and Sandra did an amazing job I normally do Gel-x because I like my nails thin and Sandra did a great job keeping the acrylic thin but strong. The shape is perfect and each nail is the same length as the matching hands nail.

This shop is run by a bunch of Asian Men (who are lazy and do nothing)

The women here are phenomenal. They are the ones providing service and deserve customers. Jana and Lin did my nails. Lovely service and they accommodated my request to do my nails and toes at the same time. Saved me an hour.
