I went to Cindy last month for my glow in the dark nails for my Florida trip. If I tell you my nails are still popping I haven’t lost not 1 rhinestone and still getting compliments as if I just got them done. I don’t know what Cindy does when she works her magic but I freaking love it. Cindy texted saying it’s time for your appointment I Said friend they still look amazing. Please make an appointment with Cindy she never will disappoint you 🙏 ❤️ Thanks Cindy and Classy nails 💅 😘

This is the most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to! I started coming here as a teenager and stopped coming for my nails/toes about 6 years ago. The quality of the nails just wasn’t worth waiting hours even if you have an appointment.

The ONLY reason I still came here was for my eyebrows, because they do a really good job. BUT today was my last day after almost a decade. I made an eyebrow appointment & arrived 25 minutes EARLY. Cindy finished her clients nails at exact time my appointment was for, I’m like perfect! After Cindy proceeded to do the clients eyebrows, I’m that’s no problem because I’m next.

Cindy finishes the eyebrows in 3 mins and goes to start on a new client. I politely reminded her it was time for my appointment. She then tells me I’ll have to wait 30+ minutes. I informed her it was rude and unprofessional to say one thing and do another. She stated “if you don’t have time you can come back another day”. The customer then offered to wait while she does my eyebrows real quick and Cindy stated “no” I waited 30 more minutes due to it already being late and not knowing where I could go and I leave for a trip early tomorrow.

I timed Cindy when she did my eyebrows and it took her 4 minutes and 30 seconds to do my eyebrows!!! She honestly saw me timing and seemed to slow down.

My point is they do not respect your time, money and or business overall. Please go somewhere where you and your money will be appreciated!!

I’ve sent SO much business their way, I pray they are humbled. You should appreciate ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Actually you did make an appointment with for 7:30. I originally wanted the appointment for 6:30pm and you told me to wait until 7:30. I will add the pictures of my call log. I arrived EARLY as I stated and first thing Cindy said was “7:30 ok?”. NOT once did y’all apologize for the inconvenience and i wouldn’t have waited an hour just because. I had an appointment and you know that because I spoke with you!!

This should be a lesson to RESPECT everyone’s time & especially their money. Furthermore, it would’ve been nice to see you take accountability.
I’ve been coming for at least a decade and no reason to lie. I like to see everybody be successful, but I’ll always be honest about my experience!

Cindy is my nail and brow technician is the best!! She takes her time and very precise on making your nails and brows look awesome!! Go see her and works speaks for itself!!

I am making a review after the one that was just posted. I have been going to Classy Nails for over 10 years & they have always worked on a first come first serve basis. Everyone who comes to this shop knows eyebrows often have to wait because of Cindy/Van are also doing nails. I was currently in the chair getting serviced by Cindy. The lady below was told she had to be there by 7:30, before they closed, & wait to get her eyebrows done. Whether there was an appointment or she was told to come, I was still there at 5:30 so my service was going to be completed before hers. The lady was rude & Cindy told her if she was not able to wait, then she may need to come back tomorrow because not only was I in front of her…there was another lady as well. Cindy completed my service & did the lady’s eyebrows BEFORE the other lady that was actually after me. I did offer to let Cindy do her eyebrows because I don’t like to be around hostile people when I am relaxing getting my nails done, but Cindy stuck to the way it was supposed to go. I am happy with my services and always will be. Have a little patience…it goes a long way!

We were told we would have to wait for 15 minutes, we had been waiting for 25 minutes our turn is next. In walks a girl doesn’t sign in, asks for specific person said she didnt have an appointment, gets seated immediately.

So we eventually got seen after 40+ minutes. Why have a sign in sheet if you do not follow it?
