So disappointed I got my nails done for my birthday and they look awful. They are incredibly thick, not flush with the cuticle and messy. Less than an hour after getting them done, one was broken. Definitely not worth what I paid.

To be fair, Bob does amazing acrylics and the woman who did my toes did a good job. The experience at this salon is just very hit or miss.

I had a FANTASTIC experience. I walked in an hour before closing and asked if they had time for a full set. I was helped very quickly. I showed Viet (sorry if it’s misspelled) a couple photos for inspo and he understood exactly what I wanted! He was very easy to get along with, and his attention to detail was impeccable. The salon closes at 7 and I apologized for keeping him late, but he was completely unbothered and incredibly welcoming. By the end of the appointment the only people left were myself, Viet, and the owner (also incredibly friendly). The place was clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and had Christmas music playing which I loved and made me feel festive. I got this set for a trip to Vegas and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, artistry, and customer service. 10/10 would recommend and plan on coming back. Classy nails by le will always be my favorite spot to get nails done they’re so nice and affordable and just so friendly the environment they create is so amazing especially when it comes to designs with full sets so amazing they add their own twist to make sure the picture you show them will be exactly how you want it. Highly recommended 100/10

I have been coming to this nail shop for over 10 years. My experience today has led me to never return. I had a gel manicure polish on Saturday with station #16. On the same day my polish lifted, so I called made arrangements and went back for the girl to fix it. The lady said that this has never happened to her ever, and she asked me what I did to make that happen. I simply explained nothing, it just came off. On Sunday morning more started coming off so I called and the gal at the front said she’d leave a note with the owner Lee for the week to come. On Monday I visited the shop spoke to Lee showed him pictures that I took of my nails I told him I’d rather do the dipping instead of the gel. He began to explain his logic of what’s better for me to do to my nails. He said it would be better if I just did acrylics. I am on my lunch hour so I just explained if he could please just remove the gel from my nails and to give me a gift card. He said fine. He gave me a gift card piece of paper with no dollar amount, but simply just put gel manicure and I asked what the value was. He said it was $35. However, I did explain that I paid $52 for a gel manicure and reg polish on my toes. I then asked how much it was for polish on my toes. He said it was $15. Then I said I was charged $17 on Saturday. I feel that I have been I’m just really taken back on my experience today. I feel that I have been a great customer over the years but now I only ask that I want my money refunded back to me and I will no longer be going to your shop. I don’t want to gift card that you gave me. Look at how you left my nails when I left your shop today. Very unsatisfied. Never once did I get an apology, or did you make me feel as if you were going to make it right. I had to be my own advocate for a service that I went in for and paid for.

They didn’t do acrylics right, I had fungus under all of them just 2 weeks after I had a fill.(one popped off, and others were lifting) They put them on originally and I went back for fills twice, this was my third time. I knew I saw black under them last time he filled them but he didnt say anything and just painted over it. I spent lots of money for them to ruin my nails which are now painful. I will never go back there again.
