I have been going to Classy Nails since I moved to Frederick almost 3 years ago. I have always had a great experience when I’ve gone to get my nails, pedicure and eyebrows done. Kim, James & Jack are all wonderful people. Very attentive, nice and professional. I always leave happy after getting pampered here. They have always been so accommodating with giving me an appointment last minute every time I have called. This was the first place I went to since moving to Frederick and I will keep going back. I am beyond pleased with the quality of service provided by James. I am super picky about my nails and talked to quite a few ladies in the community about their nail salon experience before choosing Classy Nails in 2023. James is a professional and takes pride in his work. I haven’t used brow services but ladies patiently wait for an appointment with Kim and her brow work looks top tier also. One lady told me that she drives from Gettysburg for her nail appointments with Jack! So everyone at this nail salon has a loyal customer base. Everyone at Classy Nails does a wonderful job every time. The manicures last until they grow out. I have been going here for well over a year and I have never lost a nail or had any chipping. I highly recommend this nail salon. It is clean, everyone is friendly, and they do excellent work!

James is the best. He’s so meticulous and talented, I’m always happy with my nails after I see him. Prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend.

Zero stars was an option. I would give it to this place. Do not, I repeat do not go to this nail salon. This is my gel polish done with just being on my toes for four days by the MANAGER. I simply requested for them to be repainted and the manager absolutely refused. He was yelling and another customer had to tell him to quiet his voice. Absolutely way too much! I simply wanted them repainted, and he refused. Another coworker was willing to work with me, but he screamed at her, telling her to leave me alone. He’s the manager and she does not handle his customers. Very unprofessional. He said they were perfectly fine.
The owner is known to also include false information in his responses and exaggerates the truth. Wish this place the best of luck.
